Really interesting and informative, great to see more biodiversity and sustainability go into farming, the cattle look so well and very relaxed, will be placing an order 😊

I used to farm in a highly scenic, tourism dependent region. All of my costs were doubled compared to more traditionally agricultural areas, but there was no way for us to capitalize on the actual 'wealth' our activities brought to the area. Transfer schemes based on 'environmental' value may help, and direct marketing can as well in certain niche markets- tax abatement schemes were an absolute necessity- but nothing ultimately was able to keep us viable in a 'commodity production' environment like modern dairying has become.

It is good to see farmers in UK returning to native breeds and native flora rather than factory-style farming.
