Love that you've reviewed 2 beers in a row that I can actually buy here in Michigan (or anywhere really). Keep it up! Do a review on the OG of OG's Anchor Steam!
I don't think I've drank this since 2014 too! I like that you mentioned the "first of the canned craft brews" aspect of Dale's. At the time I remember there were very few craft beers that were available in cans. The only other craft breweries around that time that canned and were regularly available in the Chicago southern suburbs were Revolution and Surly. Dale's was bought very frequently along with those other two breweries for weekend disc golf trips. Watching your review makes me want to pick one of these up and drink it again.
Man, you hit the nail on the head. I was thinking the same thing. It has a very biscuit Bready taste brown sugar, not as strong as celebration, but can definitely taste it on the backend to me. It’s like a West Coast style, but not as strong, of course, being a pale.
Another good one from Oskar Blues is G'Knight, an imperial red IPA. It has a nice balance of hops and malts. Congrats, Joe, on your eighth anniversary. I enjoy your videos.
Had a 6 pack of this last week for the first time in years and I completely agree with your review. So drinkable. Keep the classics coming! For reviewing more old school beers, I'd recommend Alesmith IPA and Racer 5.
Speaking of Oskar Blues, the Oskar Blues/Canarchy location here in Asheville, NC actually brews more Jai Alai for Cigar City than they do their own beer so we get it pretty fresh and it's STILL fucking 🔥 I keep a healthy stock of that in my fridge, as well. And you have to try Double Dale's now 😉
I’ll see if I can find some Uber fresh cans. Sculpin was a unicorn when I moved back to San Diego in 2011. One of the best beers I’ve ever had. So damned good.
@@jsenigaglia No doubt, and that was the start of the IBU wars too. I was living in LA at the time and I remember it was NFL Sunday and I was at an Irish Pub in Santa Monica and the dude was like you wanna try something new… and like whoa hello sculpin!
Grab some daisy cutter next time Half acre does a Dan Diego drop. I love that beer 394 pale ale and Union Jack are also great beer if you can find em fresh
I tried some of the dales pale ale because I have a name on there that I liked. It was horrible. It was so horrible. I wouldn’t even use it to tenderize a deer steak.
Joe been watching your reviews for years . Thanks for all the content and entertainment
Appreciate ya! 🍻🍻

I drink AS every year at Christmas time for whatever reason! I'll do that for sure!
Such a great beer.
💯🍻
If you can find it, do Dogfish Head 60 minute or 90 minute!
I've been looking, but all the DFH around me is super old :(
Having it for the absolute first time right now … used to be a huge fan of their session IPA Pinner 🍻
Hope you enjoyed it!! 🍻
DAD BEER REVOLUTION!!!!!!
🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hell yeah, grab some and get nostalgic! :)
They have a double version also I saw recently in Texas.
Yeah someone else mentioned that, too! I need to find some!

I’d love to try the double version some day! 🍻
You never invite me to help drink. Also think my video of showing the garage was a classic
You’re always welcome my brother 🙏🏼. And yes, your display was the 🐐🤣🔥

I appreciate you watching them! I'll see if I can find G'Knight. A red IPA sounds amazing right now!
Union Jack…you’ll thank me. That beer has stood the test of time
Used to LOVE that beer! FW distro is so weird here though. Everything I see is 6+ months old 😩
Cheers Joe!
🍻🙏🏼👊🏼
Oscar Blues which became CanArchy to include Cigar City was bought by Monster Energy… Love the old school clear beers!
Fuck! I totally forgot about Jai Alai! I used to LOVE that beer!
Very excited for this series of reviews
Same 🤘🏼🍻

Racer 5! Love love love that beer. It's hard to come across fresh on the East Coast, but when I get it, it's still top 5 west coast IPA for me.
AleSmith IPA used to be my favorite beer from them. I'll have to grab some!
Love it Joe, keep the shelfies coming 🤙🏼🍺
Will do for sure!

I'll see if I can find Double Dales, and someone else mentioned Cigar City and I totally forgot about Jai Alai!! I used to LOVE that beer!!
@@jsenigaglia It's still so amazing, especially when you catch it fresh!
I haven't had Dale's in a few years. You got me to pick up a can, going to drink it today. Cheers🍺
What did you think of it?!
It was tasty stuff. 🍺
I’d love to see a fresh take on the real OG WCIPA Sculpin… that was the first one like, what 15 years ago, where I was like WTF are all these hops?!
I’ll see if I can find some Uber fresh cans. Sculpin was a unicorn when I moved back to San Diego in 2011. One of the best beers I’ve ever had. So damned good.

Have you tried Dales Light Lager?
I’ve never seen that beer around here 🍻
@ it is out here in Texas, comes in the OB mix 15pk or even the Dales Light Lager 15pk
Review that voodoo ranger juicy haze IPA that's my alcoholic go to beer at the moment lol
I’ll find some for sure!
How about Victory Prima Pils?
I'll see if I can find it here!
I’m definitely over the haze biz. Maybe we should form the Clear Beer Order. I’m thinking some shirts are necessary. CBO 4 Life!
#cBo 4 Life
Fat Tire next! Still one of the most crushable beers in my opinion.
When I first got my kegerator back in like 2006, we’d always have Fat Tire in it! Good call 🍻
Grab some daisy cutter next time Half acre does a Dan Diego drop. I love that beer

I think I mentioned to you before how weird FW distro is here, and how I never see it fresh. Im gonna keep an eye out for sure for UJ.
A 6r of 12oz gets me trashed...guess I'm a light weight. Found them at Sheetz.
6 pack of 6.5% beer ain’t no joke! Youre not a light weight at all 🍻
when fresh its one of the best too bad they sold their soul to Monster Energy...
Seems like the thing to do these days 🤦🏻♂️
I tried some of the dales pale ale because I have a name on there that I liked. It was horrible. It was so horrible. I wouldn’t even use it to tenderize a deer steak.
I’m sorry 🤷🏻♂️
