War thunder. The F-5E experience in 2024, and you think this plane is still OP??

gets caught up by subsonics, has two mid tier missiles, the cannons are unreliable and draggy and overall doesn't rely on maneuverability because it wholely relies on mig21's to rate fight it for minutes.

You killed yourself in the first few minutes before you even saw your first target by going obi wan solo like this. Stop blaming a plane the metrics clearly doesn't find the same issue with.

Why are you so ridiculously toxic?? why are you malding on my videos?? Yeah no, the F-5E can't one circle. If you actually read my posts I do know about air combat much more than what you think I do (and probably more than you do) the f-5e has horrible high speed compression and it cannot one circle anything, unless you throttle down and brake, then becoming a sitting duck for the next guy coming.
I've literally never had a single issue against F-5s. Whenever I find myself on superior energy I energy trap them, and whenever they are on superior energy state I reverse them or go one circle. I give them the N1K2J treatment because it's what they are for the BR except unlike N1K their armament is lacking. Bullets that deal no damage and you can safely outpace if you're 1km away if both of you are going mach in straight line. The guns are better at slow speed flying because they suffer less ram air drag.
I know how the F-5s have evolved because I main them. And once you meet someone with a working neuron they will absolutely make your match a torture. But why does the F-5E work? Because morons decide that it's efficient to put their mach 1.5 deck supersonic jet at 800kmh after they did a 180 onto the first enemy they met.
Going one circle is the meta of these BRs since you cut into enemy paths avoiding them from escaping, and since the f-5e has little engine power, compresses a lot and is 200kmh slower than anything else on the deck, it either turns into enemy guns or misses and enemy runs away.
