I can defo hear Wave in Agassy. The beats sound so similar but flower and agassy have similar concepts and vibes imo but I wouldn't really say they sound that similar 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Agassy is a clear reference to hwaa look at the stage and concept. Though hwaa was set in winter ❄️ her solo is set in spring I think meaning her controversy during that era leading to her expulsion from idle to now to the blooming of her now become a soloist that overcome a hard time like a phoenix from the ashes
but for the eh-eh-eh part, a lot of groups and idols use that as well…. soojin debut just sounds very good overall and nice with the korean instruments

I never got the comparison of Agassy to Flower. It's only the red and instrumental chorus that are similar. Jisoo's mv is more of high-fashion, Paris vibes.
Am I the only one who thinks Flower and Agassy don't sound the same at all? Personally, I like Flower more. Soojin worked hard on her comeback so I wish her the best of luck.
And Wave sounds like 100 songs by Western artists, we must stop comparing and enjoy the music, even more so in an industry like K-pop where a simple comparison can trigger a fandom to mercilessly attack an artist, and I think we all know how toxic some stans can be…
I understand people saying It reminds Flower.. This is really YG's '''signature''' to just drop an electronic melody as a chorus and not have a lot of lyrics, to the point that many complained and wanted real chorus 😆
there's probably nothing wrong with having instrumentals, its not like they own it as long as its not same.. but over all they're unique they're own ways
They're both "flower themed" very red, the beat on the chorus is even similar. Even the glass breaking on the beat drop of the first chorus. I was even hated on Instagram for saying they are similar HAHAHA
Yea it sounds similar, but so does every kpop song. Reuse, reduce, recycle that’s generally the kpop way. No shade, the sounds good, but it’s always the same. I love soojin and I rlly enjoy the album!
I'm reminded of Flower, due to the red, flowery, elegant theme, and (G)I-dle's Hwaa due to the music and tune ❤ Makes sense, Soojin is an ex-member of (G)I-dle and Jisoo's good friend
Yes, I thought about Flower right away! Soojin’s song also reminds me of Hip by Mamamoo. There are parts that sound pretty similar. I wonder if it has been done on purpose, so the controversy might help to promote Soojin’s debut. Because people talk about the song
Red is a traditional Korean color, so it's normal that Agassy and Flower have this similarity since they take inspiration from the same thing. But Agassy's sounds remind me more of Wave...so Agassy is a mix of Flower and Wave
I think Agassy and Wave have more in common than Flower
I think it’s more of the empty chorus that sounds similar to each other
Agassy is also similar to secret story of the swan helpp😭
@@Iana420OMG YEAH HELP 😭😭😭 its like the bridge between every single kpop song

fr tho, i thought to myself: "That outfit reminds me of Flower." everytime when i watched the MV
Yeah and maybe the fact that there's a drop in the song, but thats all
I thought I was delusional when I heard agassy for the first time, I was like “Is this WAVE?”

it sounds like StickySticky by Hello Venus
I never got the comparison of Agassy to Flower. It's only the red and instrumental chorus that are similar.
Jisoo's mv is more of high-fashion, Paris vibes.
Soojin mv is similar to hwaa not flower ,the instruments are similar with different vibes to me
I feel like flower is a bright sunny day with flowers
Where as Agassy is a nighttime field of flowers in a pond different time vibes for sure
I think the similarities are in the aesthetics.
Damn red really is Soojin's color
Agassy's only similarity to flower is the empty chorus 😂
Agassy is so hwaa coded it belongs in the I burn album or maybe even I love Album
yesss
Am I the only one who thinks Flower and Agassy don't sound the same at all?
Personally, I like Flower more.
Soojin worked hard on her comeback so I wish her the best of luck.
True
it gave me more yuju play vibes
Same
Same
Maybe this is why I've been loving Agassi so much because flower is my favorite BP solo, and Wave is one of my favorite ateez songs😂
💀💀💀😂😂😂😂😂❤️
The mv immediately reminded me yuju's "play"
And I thought about the same thing when I first heard
Both the idols are talented and we can't blame one for another cause everyone is talented in their own way
I think is like a better version of flower
I think it's similar in wave in music and similar outfit/vibe in flower.
Nothing alike
And Wave sounds like 100 songs by Western artists, we must stop comparing and enjoy the music, even more so in an industry like K-pop where a simple comparison can trigger a fandom to mercilessly attack an artist, and I think we all know how toxic some stans can be…

ahgassy is giving me, Jennie SOLO, Jisoo Flower, and Gashina vibe
there's probably nothing wrong with having instrumentals, its not like they own it as long as its not same.. but over all they're unique they're own ways
It’s the same style of music also , pink venom and yujus first solo . I love that style
AGASSY sounds like Still With You.
Flower and Aggasy definitely sounds different
There are probably more than thousands of songs that sound alike but I think AGASSY is a beautiful song
I'm Atiny and i love soojin so much.
SHE IS SO PRETTY I SWEARR💓
They're both "flower themed" very red, the beat on the chorus is even similar.
Even the glass breaking on the beat drop of the first chorus.
I was even hated on Instagram for saying they are similar HAHAHA
It just a NETIZEN type since they are kinda boring when saying it's familiar like WTF lmao
It also reminded me of Solo 😂
Flower and Agassy just have the same korean, elegant, red vibe
I feel like it sounds like heya
you mean heya sounds like agassy. lol.
So THAT’S why that part sounded familiar
omg I can totally hear flower AND wave
I think flower and agassy's similarities are the color of the MV and the “glass breaking” sound.
agassy and flower do have the same vibe but very different sounds… i see where you’re coming from with wave tho
When I first heard Agassy it reminded me of Yuju's Play and Ateez's Wave
agassy has a yg style structure lol, so that's why people comparing it with flower 😂😂
agassy and Jennie Solo (The MV Title Solo)
The dancebreak in Agassy reminds me of Dreamcatcher's dancebreak in Boca!
Agassi be sounding like every kpop song at this point
Yeah, and I think it's " Hymn for the weekend" by Coldplay
ohhh I definitely hear it!! but this concept on soojin 🤭🤭
I hope you got a good exercise from that stretch XD
Flower and Agassy have similar outfits, both songs give red vibes and that drop parts sounds similar also they both have word 꽃 (kkoch) [flower] in it
It seems like Agassy and flower have quiet similar beats and both mvs are red so like yeah-
And agassy and wave have similar vocals for chorus

As a Neverland and Atiny I think that is so cute that Wave and Agassy sound similar! 💋But what makes me more happy is that my queen Soo soo is back❤
personally it reminds me of bird by apink’s kim namjoo in the chorus the instrumental sound so alike
It's basically a typical kpop song where the chorus has a poppy instrumental bgm

Wave and agassy sound similar while the vibe matches w jisoo’s M/V
Agassy way more better than flower though
It’s the 2018 vibe
Agassy is also the same as the song Same Scent Oneus
AGASSY IS A BOP ❤️🔥

I also thought it was like jisoo's flower but yea its more similar to wave but why we need to do this all😭
flower & agassy have the same like ‘theme’ and concept to an extent, but I hear wave in agassy for sure

Soojins’s agassy is great regardless
And I think it looks like the song "Play" from Yuju
I like how she did the flower dance and flower and other song should not be compared
I think the "yeah yeah" also reminded me of oneus same scent
Soojin’s debut actually reminds me more of ex-Gfriend Yuju’s solo debut

the concepts with connection to flowers and the red color are the only similarities.
