+Sofia Reyes Thank you! All of the colors are from Zoya, one of my favorites. To make them matte I used their matte top coat which I honestly don't think is available anymore, but any matte top coat will work :-)

You're not supposed to. It will ruin your stamper. It does need to be primed but not filed. Just clean it with sticky tape to remove residue from the factory
