Thanks again Richard your videos are getting better all the time loving the weather reports to start with 🙏🏻 glad you have dropped The bogan Aussie look with those vests keep up the good work 👍
Whilst I don't need it, I appreciate your comments on accessibility for those that may need it (as I am sure they do too). Loving the vlogs Richard, thanks. We can't wait to get there next year - time can't come soon enough.
Sorry to hear you were unwell, but glad to see you're back out and about, showing us so much of Da Nang. It's great to see the staff wanting to come and serve you and give you customer service, not like in Australia these days where you're standing around waiting for service and then when you find someone, they seem pissed because you've interrupted them from doing nothing.
Hey Richard, loving your clips as my husband and i contemplate doing a similar thing. One thing i will add is- as a north qld resident i do not see a singlet as "bogan". Just a means for keeping cool. Dress as you wish... 😂
@ wow thank you so much . I’ll give you a shout out on a video later this week as I’m just uploaded one from today . It means a lot to us when everyone buys us a coffee. Makes us feel what we are doing is appreciated 🙏
It’s fantastic that you can do this….Totally agree do it while you can….A 5 second accident put me in a wheelchair and life is very different now….I loved travelling now I sit back and watch everyone else…Lol…..Get a little sad every now and again but overall I love the videos….Have never been to Vietnam….Went to Bali so many times….It’s a bit $$$ but Fiji….Samoa…Vanuatu you should put on your list….Or cruises are good value as well….
@@SharonHare so sorry to hear about your accident and we are glad our videos are informative. Yes I was in a accident a few years ago and suffer from PTSD and that’s what made us decide to do things ASAP. We hope you continue to travel and enjoy your holidays🙏
Thanks mate. Area looking great and the hotel looking very nice. Getting across that road might get a bit hard after visiting the east west brewery. brought you a coffee i'd normally shout a beer mate but you don't have that option . 🤣🤣
TIP OF THE DAY..... The Muong Thanh hotel, which is RIGHT on the beach, has a really clean bathroom on the main first floor that you can use, even if you're not staying there. Just walk to the far left of the check-in desk and go all the way in the back. You'll see it. Very few people are ever back there, so you actually are using a very clean bathroom with privacy! I used it at least 10 times in the month I was in Danang, and no, I wasn't staying there You're welcome!
We liked My Khe Beach but it's pronounced as Me Khay, not My Key, we were pulled up by a grab driver as he didn't know what beach we were talking about. We spent a lot of time on the beach under shaded umbrellas. Friends of my wife moved to Nha Trang and they liked the town and beaches more. We never got there so I can't comment but it's on my list for our next visit. Google translate will tell you what those beaches are called. Not trying to be a know all just helping you if you are planning on staying long term.
@roamingRichard oh buggar we are looking for a long rental in Sanur. We are in Perth having moved from Port Macquarie after retiring to be closer to Asia for holidays. Absolutely love your blogs and yes Da Nang is absolutely fabulous. One of our favourite places. Hi to Karen and hope to meet you for a beer one day. Also let us know when Sanur becomes available. But now I think maybe Da Nang for a month. Thanks, Barb and George
Sorry to hear you’d been poorly, thought perhaps you were on the move again! (care to say what or where caused the food poisoning?) Great video once again, showing different areas with honest opinion 👍🏻 One tip though when showing menu prices could you perhaps zoom and pause for a second please so viewers get a chance to see 🙃 cheers🍻
Brilliant and informative vids.. Are you aware if Da Nang offer villa style retirement as apposed to apartments? How did you find the change from villa to apartment?

We are recouping money that we spent on it and renting it out on long lease
