The biggest culprit in the united states obesity problem, are all the addictive hidden sugars that are put into foods without the public being aware. Also, the fact that processed foods and fast foods are quickly becomming a cheaper alternatives to expensive food prices. most Schools do not teach about, or offer healthy food choices, and sport activity for kids during school hours and at home are minimal to none. kids and adults sit infront of computers and televisions, and phones, being physically imobile more than ever befor. Emotional food addiction goes hand in hand with not having propper social activities and the decline in safe social structure.
The Addictive Processed food industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. This goes hand in hand with the privatised medical industry, that proffits from the resulting metabolic diseases crisis.

How can obesity not be an individual's responsibility? Lifestyle is a personal conscious choice everyday - choosing easy quick takeaways & less physical exercise or planning a healthy diet and exercise regime.
Society shouldn't judge the obese but the individuals have to take care of themselves if not for looks but for good health.
