There isn't much. They met up in one classmate's house for a Christmas party. The mother is a pervert who likes weird children. Among the boys she discovered Inuguchi, the dog like boy. Nothing is explained about the character. He never talked, nobody ever talked to him and nobody ever mentions him. Only his name appears occasionally at stuff like board cleaning duty.
