I should've waited to comment until the end as seeing you with the box on your skateboard CRACKED me up!!! I guess having you assemble it in the parking lot and then dragging it back behind your skateboard would've just been crazy.

In 2007 I lived at 685 Geary st. Studio. Curious what it goes for now. Googled it. In 2007 I paid 875$. Today they go for no less that 1795$ so basicly double. Since then they've updated it...hardwood floors updated everything basicly. City living is quite an adventure I'll give you that

I buy furniture at thrift store and give it away when I split. That chair's a beauty, but also a transport monster. Rest up! We love you

I owned a moving company before, and if i was moving my own stuff i would do it the way you are just have fun with it and do it over the course of days. I know Task Rabbit is cheap, but professional movers can charge $150 an hour, can you imagine as they take there time with the elevators and parking the tech kids pay a lot to move

Make your own little bike trailer get some little wheels nice piece of wood and rods takes about an hour to make

Oxford street is still there on Market Street!? lol I use to go there in the 90's. Btw has the rent gotten cheaper in SF? I've always wanted to live there but it has always been just a bit out of reach. I heard there is a mass exodus of tech workers leaving SF because there is no need to pay $4,200 a month rent if you now work remotely and don't need to go to your SF office.

But the prices are falling really quick for rent because so many people are moving out. Maybe in due time it will go down enough for me to be able to afford to live in a decent area of SF

I got a bunch of guns & “I Pity The Fool” who tries to break into my house! (Had to quote Mr T) i got a buddy of mine whose parents passed away and left him a house on the other side of SF not far from Golden Gate Park near the ocean. It’s paid off and he is chillin. I wish I would have bought back in the 90’s. I’ve always wanted to visit Texas especially Austin but never had the chance. Been pretty much everywhere else in the States that’s poppin except for Texas and Florida
