The trashcan mod seems extremely op. You can set up a collection system with hoppers and a sorting system and just afk right clicking the trash can lol. There’s your gunpowder farm

One 1.16.5 mod that definitely deserves more love is the DMC Loot Mod its the only mod out right now with prefixes and suffixes (that i could find) for forge 1.16.5 the creators also said they would be adding curios support soon so its pretty useful
Use terraforged it’ll be better anyways minus not having the new world height which I can’t wait for. Too bad conquest reforged will take forever to get up to 1.18 haha

There are also a few 1.16.5 mods that attempt to backport features from 1.17 and even 1.18, such as Quark and the Caves and Cliffs mod. I intend on waiting for 1.18 for the full Caves & Cliffs package before updating my mod pack, but by the looks of things, I'd prolly be stuck with 1.16.5 for a while.
Could you make a video about a mod called "Craftonia Dimension"? It's a mod for Minecraft 1.16.5 and it's about surviving in a world with its own ecosystem, collecting enough items until you get to kill the final boss.
