Just wondering if when you compare your r26 and your r18 if you could include the pros and cons of shooting both crossbows out of a saddle ! There’s not to many videos of people hunting out of a saddle with a crossbow and would like more info about if it works or not ? Thanks
Thank you for your service to our country, and sorry for injury so that you can’t shoot a compound anymore. I have no problem with crossbows at all, cause I myself had a shoulder injury and shot a hickory creek vertical for 2 years. But that thing,in my opinion does not scream archery.
@@3rdlovearchery thank you for the kind words. Innovation is nonstop, we have come a long way from a stick and string and will continue to progress. I am just grateful to have something small and compact that’s easier to carry than the R26.
If anyone wants the best, lightest and most accurate bow on the market. Then get a Excalibur. Also, sorry i called you out on the sladder video, just didn't want people to get misinformation. God bless 🙌
@@aaronmeeks1155 what’s the excalibur? Do you have a link? No worries! Glad to you something! I pinned the comment to the top so people hopefully won’t miss it! God bless you too!
@@michaelyates2498 I like that this eliminates the size issue I have with the R26 in its design. Same reason I never switch from the R26 to the mini vertical, because I was still going to carry something with wide limbs. This being tighter together, especially when cocked convinced me to make the move. All good crossbows.
I've got the feeling aswell! This cold front has really got me going.
@@redux467 can’t wait!! Thanks for watching! 👊😎
I think Ravin is notorious for noise, based on what others have said in their reviews!

None lighter than mini vert

@@reviveoutdoors4him agree no crossbow made is easy to carry into woods
@@michaelyates2498 this R18 is pretty sweet. Did you pick it up at the Ravin booth in Dalton when we were there?
There should be a FPS/poundage limit for crossbows and a rule to not allow magnification.

@@Jase-E thank you! I loved it. It was an honor to serve.
@reviveoutdoors4him why dont you meet me in maryland for some sika deer hunting or come to tennessee and bring your saddle system?
@@WiiHunt95 Maryland would be pretty cool! I’ve never hunted there. 😎👍
Those bolts look tiny what is the weight on those?
@@eddievannewkirk4458 they are pretty short! Only 16”
Slow (in terms of modern crossbows), loud, and expensive. Al least it’s light, but the trade off isn’t there for this crossbow.
@@ThumbsMcThumb thanks for watching and your input!
2 grand for a crossbow is highway robbery
@@digaby88 I wish everything was more affordable. Milk, eggs, bread and a pack of mtn dews 😜 is $50 or more.
Not "Revive Outdoors" it's "Rich Guy Outdoors"
No thanks

Crossbows are being pushed so fools will give up guns. Wake up fools! Think about it!
Crossbows should only be allowed for a short season!
