I’ve heard lots of great talks/sermons on this topic but this pastor has done a fantastic job expressing GOD’s Word on this subject. Thank GOD for empowering him to do so.
After 2 divorces i had little hope. But I have come to realize the only thing I am capable of is start doing the right things now and let go of the guilt. The devil and his demons will throw every thing you have ever done to keep you from living for him. It has taken me years 😢. However judgement days goes. I want to know I did everything I could do for him!
Jesus I love you. You give me the courage to keep going. So I’m patiently waiting for you to take me home. Being a single mother isn’t easy. I’m overwhelmed because both of my children are autistic. I’m struggling trying to support them and myself because like so many others. I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I wish I could go back to the hospital but the mandate is still in place for hospitals that participate in Medicare and Medicaid. I’m waitressing and I’m so thankful to be working again, but I’m not making nearly enough to make ends meet. But God continues to help me. I get harassed and called names for simply asking for prayers, but prayers are all we need and when you’re a real christian people will always crucify you. Thankfully God gives me strength to keep going. I have faith God will provide. He HAS THIS FAR. WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! Please pray for me and my children.
Therefore, since Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind, for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin, that he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God. But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. ... Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent *that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. I Peter 4 May the Lord strengthen you in all tribulation and keep you. The joy of the Lord is our strength.
If you a Christian and want to walk close to the Lord and experience a measure of joy and intimacy with Christ that you otherwise would not have... make every effort to avoid any form of sexual sin. Psalm 24:3-4
Can you help me please? I have a loan to pay and that throws me in need of assistance. I've asked for help but everyone just ignores me. Please do not ignore me as well if you can help me, you can support me with 500$ if you will. I didn't mean to be a burden to you I just needed your help.
It’s on yt, it’s on tv, it’s on gaming consoles, which you can’t block safari, it’s on apps. Idk how to overcome, I love Christ but there’s this sinful desire and sometimes I win a battle here and there but I ultimatly fall. The Devils lies are hard. Not going to lie.
What does Psalm 23:3-4 have to do with something you call sexual sin. Sexual sin is obviously bad but it is not something that is so difficult that it is almost inevitable. What most of you describe as sexual sin (normal desires and urges) is not sin but something innate, hence the so called struggle.
Praise God! That is just what I needed to hear today. Spiritual attacks are heavy right now. I'm trying to repent from all my sins, but the enemy is hard at work. My flesh is weak. Jesus Christ is strong!
It hurts. Holy matrimony is supposed to be forever and for two only to enjoy. My husband cheated on our 27-year marriage with his ugly, desperate married coworker, Maureen. Even before I officially found out ( on May 1st, 2019) I still was hurt because he was pushing me away to feel “ okay” with his affair.
What a miserable Christian i am. I felt so hurt by Gods timing that i ended up backsliding. It has been a week now and i havent been happy with this worlds fleeting pleasures. I cant even pray or read my Bible as i feel like i disappointed God, myself and people who has heard about my disturbing acts.
Truly repent, ask for forgiveness and move on sista. God forgives and wants you to move on and not repeat the same sins and mistakes. 🙏🏻💕 Ask for The Holy Spirit to help you.
@@assyrianrelief I really hate what's happening in my life because I used to hold Bible studies at my res and now here I am doing the same thing I was telling everyone to not do💔
Sounds like spiritual warfare, maybe. Can you spend more time in prayer? To help you focus to fight the temptations. Also find an older Christian mentor you can trust, reach out to ask for help and accountability. You’re not alone. The body of Christ is in this together to support one another. We got this in Christ who empowers us through The Word, Prayer, fasting and The Holy Spirit! 🙏🏻

This is a great way to continually feel like a failure and to ultimately give up. Guess what pastor? You're in exactly the same boat as me. Keeping the law doesn't save you. Spend your pastorate with a 100% success rate of never thinking a sinful thought and you are still no better than me. Amen?
What prompted your comment? Ryan never taught that keeping the law saves you. Believers will bear fruits as a natural result of following Christ (John 15), not as a result of forced obedience. 1 John 5:3 - For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome. Is walking in purity a burden for you? In this clip, we are reminded of the truths that should give the believer a holy hunger to walk as worthy of the Lord who created them.
@@illbehonest Ryan and whoever moderates this channel have no greater insight into what God wants than any other Spirit led Christian. We all have the same source material. Why don't you come along side with mercy and trembling and admit we are the same in this regard? Then you can be my brother instead of my "teacher". I dont need another pastor to prove my depravity or to tell me how i "hurt" God. We have lots of those.
@@moamoapunchI think this pastor is simply trying to excite holiness in you the believer for God. Nothing he said was him claiming to be better than anyone. Everyone has a struggle, but to accept it as part of who you are is not good because you are not your struggle. God can speak through anything or anyone
Brother with all due respect I think that the reason why you reacted the way you reacted is because at first it seems that this pastor is condescending. But he isn't. He is preaching the word of God. It applies to him as much as it applies to you or me. That's what a pastor is supposed to do. Preach the word of God. Preach it without fear that you will offend anyone and preach what the text actually says. And this pastor did that. His words hurt, it seems like there is no way out, but he does point to a way out. The question is, do we see the One who is the way out of sin and misery for eternity and instead offers us salvation and eternal life. Not based on our own merits but entirely based on His own merits.
