    Hate to be devils advocate, but your forearm angle is well past parallel, making the lifts significantly easier, At the very start of the lifts, forearm is supposed to be parallel to the floor, not to be confused with an upward angle.

    • @Coco.Bakting14
      @Coco.Bakting14 7 місяців тому +1

      I notice it also. the angle is a little bit upward 🤔

    Keep going dude, you’re an inspiration. I struggle with gaining lean mass. I’m aiming to get stronger. Keep going.

      Thank you for the kind words. Eat more and when you can't eat anymore, eat more. Caloric surplus is the way to go and if you are doing cardio or a sport on the side, u may need to stop it as you're burning too many calories. Protein shakes (weight gainer) can help too but just eat a bunch throughout the day. You got it!

      Also do some full body bodybuilding training, or else you’ll mostly gain fat with the above advice if you’re natty

    so this is a PR session, but when you say you train singles morning and night, what are singles exactly? I mean I know it's 1 rep, but how many sets? how much % of max weight? I'll really appreciate it if you can clarify that, keep going the good work bro

    Amazing progress bro, can you give some tips to integrate this style to our training, like do you workout rise and pronation with other exercises, when you train hammer curls can you still do this training doesnt it effects, or do you even train arms or any body part, are you maxing out everyday?

    • @Gabriel-Yung
      @Gabriel-Yung  7 місяців тому +8

      Those singles are all I do morning and night. However, I go to the gym every day. Follow a Push/Pull/Legs+Abs Split and at the end of every workout I do some forearm exercise, and on Pull day I focus a lot on arm strength and growth. I might do a video on all of this soon. But don't just listen to me for training listen to everyone, try it all out and see what works for you.

    Im @ 95lbs with the arm totally straight. I have hit 105 with my arm angle like yours, not hating at all, but does get easier with more arm angle. Look @ Levans pronation lift arm is totally straight.

      @Gabriel-Yung  7 місяців тому +2

      Yes I filmed a video with Auden and Milo where Auden fixes my form and gets it to a 90 degree angle. Will be posting soon. you're 100% right it was slightly easier this way;)

    I don’t know if you’re supposed to have your arm sideways with those lifts, I feel like Devon has his arms sideways.

    The strap is falling below the knuckle while youre doing the riselift, it is deff. easier.

    nice lifts, even i do this and i noticed one thing in the Devon's pronation lift (i.e.) the wrist is kickbacked while performing the lift and it make a huge difference when compared to wrist slightly cupped in.

    • @drakescakes5629
      @drakescakes5629 7 місяців тому +1

      Yeah. I’ve been trying it out with just a 50 lb kettlebell. Doing it the way this guy is I got it easy for 20 reps with some left in the tank. Doing it Devon’s way, forearm kept parallel with the floor and wrist kicked back, I can get it for one rep. Most people aren’t doing it correctly. Don’t get me wrong, 100 lbs is great for this movement but it’s not Devon’s movement.

    Belt over fingers in the riser lift is mechanically superior to belt over knuckles, the load is placed more directly onto radial deviation.

  • @achmathendricks6632
    @achmathendricks6632 7 місяців тому

    Yo bro definitely impressive but the rise seems to be in between a pronation lift and true riser lift tho the band is going over the side of your hand not your knuckle?
