I really hope to visit South Korea one day. It's been my travel dream for the past 5 years now or maybe six years. I really wanted to go teach and be able to experience that but I don't know if I have a shot anymore. At this point I would just be happy to visit for a month to two months and I would be absolutely fulfilled on that. Hopefully one day I could visit at least a quarter of the many places that you've been to and enjoy all those dishes. Happy and safe travels to you Mikey!

i absolutely miss South Korea :( I was at Dongducheon, north of Seoul by about an hour on the train. Definitely love the food in Jihaeng as well. Miss the conveyer belt sushi

You should definitely try venturing out more! 춘천 (Choon-Chun) is about an hour east of Seoul and is known for their 닭갈비 (dak galbi) - literal translation is Chicken Galbi and it is all about the spicy/sweet chicken grilled directly on charcoal. Hope you can make a trip out of it!

the mountains reminded me of the cafes nearby bukhansan mountain up north of seoul! the cafes are so pretty and they’ve got a view of the mountain as well. hoping you can make a vlog about it or at least bukhansan!! it’s really peaceful there

It's not that hard. Just take some ramen and toss in some meat, some veggies that you like, and maybe some sliced potatoes in with it. That is pretty much all there is to it.
