Good vid RK, no DW is not lift related. A stock jeep can have DW with loose components like shown in the video. 99% of the time it's going to be track bar related and maybe something like a worn tie rod to "set if off" I will also add. If you do have DW. Go through the front end 110%. The violent oscillations can cause a lot of damage.
On my Landrover discover 1997 3.9 I found two loose bolts above the small steer arm I could move them with my fingers. My advice is the same...give everything the tighten test first good advice.

In my case, the heim joint on the track bar expanded, clunks around when I drive but no death wobble luckily.
