I prefer the new knock off jerseys. I have 3 and I love them. I prefer the stitching over the cheap heat pressed look. I also prefer them heavier. I also refuse to pay over $200 for any jersey that can end up ripped or stained. For me the authentic ones just feel cheaper.
That’s because if Fanatics making them. They’re all about low quality which means lowest cost for them and sell at the highest possible cost to fans. They’re a scummy company.
They have their name for the fans so that why people aren't confused when their wearing their favorite players jerseys because several people weared the same number over the years so it's from fans so they aren't confused you want an let's say you want a jersey from a great era for the Yankees and his number isn't retired guess what that number is still in circulation so the name of the back is for the fans you can get it without the name if you want however I recommend not
Could instantly tell by the numbers and I don’t even have an mlb jersey. Most knockoff jerseys numbers are really shiny and almost feel like cardboard.
Buy your jerseys from DH Gate. If I’m paying $200 for a jersey why would I want the logos and numbers heat pressed on?? I’m sorry for you people buying the real jerseys
The fakes are stitched where the real is heat pressed? I thought a stitched jersey would be better. Both made in Indonesia? You didn’t say the difference in cost. I’ll keep getting my fakes for $30 that look good and save my $$.
I feel like he picked one of the worst fakes imaginable. I have 2 fake Atlanta City Connects, and while it is stitched on the inside, it doesn’t look anything like the one he has. He used a very extreme example of a fake looking shitty.
@@MedicalAnomalyagreed, I feel like he choice obvious and horrible fakes. I got a Yankees jersey knowing it was fake a couple months ago. eBay but the stitching inside and out isn’t no where near as obviously bad as what he showed int his video. I’ve even gotten compliments on it because it looks pretty authentic. For less than half the price of a real one I can’t complain but now I want a authentic one. Lol
I wanted to know where is the real jersey is made from I am thinking about buying a SD padres i can't tell the difference between a real jersey or fake jersey let me know
@paulcarbone7354 I think it’s fine if you don’t pay the higher price. Heat pressed is better than the ones you buy from a third-party website that comes from china
With the Yankees it's tough because of the colours they have and the lettering / numbering they use. I'm a Blue Jays fan and you can spot our knockoff jerseys quite easily.
Spending $200 on a jersey thats made in China or some othe third world contry for pennies. Buy the knocoffs for a few bucks. Theyre probably made in the same factories on alternate days. Besides. I don't support Nike's politics and Steve Cohen certainly doesn't need my licensing dollar.
Or giving a cent of Fanatics either who make them for Nike. Another scummy garbage company who are all about poor cheap crap and a comprable level to the knockoffs
@@K-DUBYA I thought Majestic was making them for Nike. I got a black 2000 era Mets jersey for $10 on Temu. Got a black and blue era sleeve patch and a 2000 world series sleeve patch on Ebay. It cost $22 total. Says New York across the front with 31 on front and back. All embroided. Best part is, it doesn't actually have Piazza's name on it. I don't like having names. The same exact piazza jersey licensed by MLB is $240. And it has a name I don't want on it. Piazza's a NY legend. But I still don't want his, or anyone else's name on my shirt.
@@K-DUBYA About Fanatics. They went into the online gambling business in NY. People that never gambled in their life are becoming addicts. You don't care because it wasn't your money. All you remember is that taste of winning. That's it. You're hooked.

That and Nikes quality has gone down in recent years especially with their nfl jerseys

you can also tell by the neck area, if you notice in the knock off its a lot larger of a hole and it looks cheaper then the real
version
First of all, Yankees don’t wear their names in their jereey
Frustrating too. Especially in the beginning of the season. When you're a casual fan and you don't know who's who yet.

The number material always sticks out, and is very flimsy.

What's funny is real version had fake stitches design lol
Tbh, I’d prefer the replicas I really like the stitched ones instead it of the press on, the fake ones actually feel like a real jersey in my opinion
Do they sell them without his name on the back
Yea they do
@@JerseyConnect7 I've only been seeing the ones with his last name
@jaden314 for the replica in the beginning of the season they have it. At this point migjt just be sold out
@@JerseyConnect7 guess I'll wait till baseball starts back again
I always wonder why so many have names on the back when the Yankees never wear names except for the Player's Weekend set.
probably made by same factory xD in my country baseball jerseys cost 250$ USD is insane.
I'd rather just buy a shirt than any fake jersey.
How about zip up hoodies?
Mine is made looks have everything just like you said the real ones would but its not made in Indonesia, but in Guatemala instead. Is that normal?
some runs are made in indonesia or other factories. just depends on the jersey
Guatemala are usually genuine. Indonesia's are usually 50 50

Just dm my ig. Send me the link or pics. I can try Looking at em
The jersey inside out is the biggest takeaway from a real and a fake. It just looks awful

ILL GO TO THE YANKEES CLUB HOUSE STORES ✌️
My Aaron judge jersey is stitched like a real one on the front but on the back there is no stitching is it real and said made in Vietnam
Where did you pick it up? if you have pics send it to my IG

I do not understand why they put the names on Yankees replica jersey
replica jerseys are based off the original. i think it sells better for casual fans
Whats the fake jersey website?
Sir. A cooperstown collection majestic mlb jersey made in korea is it legit or fake? Thank you.
