Fun fact: the steam ages world is a kind of unfinished world from the Chinese edition of pvz2
Much like most of the extra content in pvz2 China the world was low quality and poorly thought out. This mod made the world good, changed the plants and removed unnecessary Features none of the levels from pvz2 China were imported its all custom levels.
They just got a boss after 5 years lol
For your question about why manholes are called well... manholes:
Originally, the access points to the sewer system were only large enough to shine a light through the hole to see if the sewage was flowing as it should. Eventually, though, humans needed to be able to enter the sewer system. So, simply put, the term “manhole” is short for a man-sized hole.

I hope in a future update if they add another world or event to pvz2 that they add cattail and some other og plants they left behind
scaredy shroom will never be added.
Cattail has more dps compared to the homing thistle but it has limited range instead of global range. Its a good balance change, it makes HT a good alternative.

Hey matt a small tip wich is really important for later worlds: plant your main attackers behind your sun producers. Specifically main attacker in the firt coloumn and then 1-2 coloums of sun producers
Three tips for pvz2: Try Plant Food on all the different plants.
Don't hoard your Plant Food - using one early on a Sunflower will let you get your defenses up fast.
It's smart to use Plant Food to take out a zombie who is carrying Plant Food. (If you see this just know that I understand you have basically finished pvz1 but I really miss it and would like to see more. You could do zen garden or something.)

Btw primal sunflower got buffed now he costs 100 and hes a bit stronger
And there are bonus levels and there very hard VERY HARD but you Can get premium plants out of it
you should really play the Penny's Classroom Epic Quest in Reflourished, this mod, on top of removing leveling, ALSO rebalances a lot of plants, from Primal Sunflower being tougher, to Thyme Warp usable in all worlds

I got a tip for the regular game: in for future it takes two plant foods of a laser bean to obliterate to far Future gargantuan and I think for the other gargantuars too
