I don’t know if you tried this with the read me but what I’ve seen some people do is literally rename it to add .PNG at the end and sometimes people can code it in a way that it’ll actually swap out for an image file
The ReadMe File that you had tried to convert into a png was actually a Base64 Encode! you can try to decode it as Base64 and maybe you'll be able to convert it into a png or get the final piece of the email
i think its base64 too but it cant decode it properly so it gives me a not supported when you turn it into a png after you put the tezxt in a .txt file and convert it into a png!
