I was recently sent two pairs of headphones by Soundpeats, for the purpose of review. The RunFree Lite 2 is an updated version to the best value running headphone that I'd used. Would you say either of the 2 new ones you looked at are more at risk of moving or shifting while running? My wife has the shokz and they are completely stable for me, but I've already got some quite expensive Bose sports buds which I like. However, I do appreciate the openness of this air and bone conduction earphones. Sound quality is not a major concern as I tend to listen to podcasts when running.
The $39 RunFree Lite 2 mimic the shape of the Shokz. The silicone part sits right on top of your ear and they are not going anywhere.
The design of the GoFree 2 also has the silicone piece wrapping around your ear and they are very stable and stay in place as well. It’s a matter of personal preference with which fit you’d like better. But I have no worries about either of them shifting or falling off while running.
