Newbie question…when playing in d dorian. Lets say you end on a A. And want to change the mode from a 2nd to a 3rd. How do u do that? Please continue with these series. We are learning so much not just about tool songs but be able to create our own music! Also do you give private guitar lessons? Thank you
@@shaner36 Thanks for commenting. I’m guessing you’re saying you’re playing in A Dorian. Since you said you’re ending on an A. To advance into the next mode , B Phrygian, you’d just start the Phrygian pattern on the B note one whole step up from the A. The E Phrygian video explains this transition as it is all starting to link together. Sorry, but I don’t give private lessons as of yet. If this channel grows into something like that I might look into it. Thank you again for your feedback and please feel free to reach out to me. Be Well
Glad to see you like Adam as much as the rest of us. Cool and interesting way to teach modes
Thanks for your feedback. Glad you liked it. This week we’re using Eulogy for E Phrygian.
