I have 3.5 inch cutout in my false ceiling from around 14 years ago when i installed CFL. I am not able to get replacement for fused lights now in market. Can you please suggest from where i can get them or any workaround?

You can install conceal lights or COB lights, there are many options available

10W 3-in-1 downlight would be a good option. We also have a 12W remote-controlled downlight that we reviewed in a previous video

Its enought, if iits a workplace you may go for more, but if its a bedroom or living space, this is more than enough(7W)

Yes, these can be used as ceiling lights. You can highlight a wall with them, or use them throughout your entire home as ceiling lights
