Hi, very good review. One question, you rate Risco del paso 3 points regarding wave sailing, more than Puerto Lajas, for example. I see very small waves at Risco. Could you give an explanation? Also interesting to know the wind stats of La Pared are quite good. Thanks.
Have been twice to Puerto là-bas issue was not enough wind am sure better waves if more wind. Generally this is issue if northshore in summer. Risco was positively surprise by small swell very fun to ride. ( look also 4' none stop surf vidéo that was on Risco). Pared is better than northshore but lower than Risco. It is not an easy spot mostly for surfers.
NIce, but I have a question based on my sort of sailing: I claim to be an aspiring slalom/speed surfer, so am not interested in waves at all. Where to go on Fuerteventura?
Then 3 Sotavento spots n the South East cost wind is stronguer and side off. René Egli spot is where is usual PWA slalom not that flat particularly in dark bleue water. Laguna is flat but only work high tide. Risco del paso less flat there is a small swell. All north cost is for wave only. I have tried once Isonic in flag beach but had to Switch to wave board because of waves bigger than was expected from thé beach. Enjoy.
Great overlook of Fuerte windsurfing spots. Cheers!
Thanks Lanzarote should come next soon and later gran Canaria and Tenerife
Great work, thanks
Thank you
There is also Punta Blanca on the north. Never been there but that's what some videos say
Yes we have been there but was low tide with lot of rocks.
