Thank you for choosing me for your hot parts, Paul. It's unfortunate to hear of your trials and tribulations, but the wait should be worth it. The parts you've chosen will make for a fun setup that you'll receive a great amount of enjoyment from. Best of luck wrapping up the rest of it.
Thanks for making such amazing art Alex! I'm proud to have your work on my car! Means a lot to me the care you put into your art! I can't wait to hear it!
Dude I can tell from the video alone you’re a nice guy. It was in no way your fault in lack of communication. I’ve been in the MKIV game since 1996 and dealt with stand up shops and not so stand up shops. The first shop that “built” your motor is straight up crooked and that really sucks you had to go through an experience like that. I honestly think you are in the right hands with your new builder and he sounds like he knows what he’s doing and a stand up person/builder. Thanks for sharing the V160 build process I might use Paul to go through one of my V160s soon. BTW did I hear you say he paid for shipping to send V160 to him? From his accent I’m taking it he’s located in England. Were billet gears and carbon synchros an option? I’ve seen a few reviews of his work on the forum and it’s all positive. Thanks for posting and I’m glad you didn’t give up on build. Just because there was a bad egg out there I’m glad you didn’t let that detour you. The Supra community is a pretty cool community with a lot of stand up people and nice and honest builders. Looking forward to next build update video! That turbos gonna sound soooo good.
Thanks! I just ment that he handled the shipping process, had a company pick up the box at my house and everything. I did have to pay for shipping but considering it did to to England i thought the price was very reasonable. You should definitely reach out to him and see what he currently offers.
That looks soooo sick! I can't believe the BS / Disrespect from the first engine guy. I was getting angry again watching this. Glade there's a happy ending!!
I don't understand how you can have so few followers, you have such amazing videos, they are really elaborate and well done, I am eagerly waiting for the next one.
@HAULUUZ nothing crazy, it had a bad leak though so I think I might have run it low on fluid. I think the video speaks volumes to the care that he gives the transmissions
