This is how I solved Q7: The initial average of Jan was 3890 (can approx to 3900) and if it were actually 4072 (can approx to 4050) then the difference is $150 - Meaning if the Jan's contribution were to increase by $150, what will be the new annual average. Since it's a annual average, each month's contribution gonna be divided into 12 parts. So $150/12 is $13 which is Jan's contribution. Adding $13 to the average ($4725+$13) ~= ($4738) roughly comes to $4740 (A).
