I’d never heard of this litany before, but now that I have, I need to pray it every day. Trust is something I struggle with, and this beautiful and powerful prayer drew me closer to the Lord and reminded me just how trustworthy He is. ❤️

I grew up in the church, but fell away as some bad things happened to me when I was 17. I have been struggling ever since to regrow my relationship with God and praying this litany daily has helped me believe that it can be done, despite everything I’ve done and everything that has happened.
My priest gave me this for my penance. I did not know what it was. Truly this has been a blessing to me. I will save this and use it daily. Thank you and God bless.

After seeing this and the other video, I looked up the lit of trust and copied it to my messages. I have a grouping of messages that has my daily practices - a prayer of consecration to Mary, the Beatitudes (a suggestion of fr. Mark-Mary, and I repeat it 3x or more a day), a reminder to say 1 or more rosaries, and all sorts of reminders to meditate, to be generous, to respect and revere the appropriate people, to read the Bible, and more. So the Litany of Trust is added to these. Thank you!
Jesus help me to trust in You and not be afraid of the future. Help me Lord to accept whatever happens even if it is difficult to accept. Help me Lord to surrender everything to You Amen.

Thanks God and thank you Sister Faustina, this is bringing me back again to real peace, love and trust, I`m knowing Jesus again. I´m right now in that blank space, that meaningless stance, all is confusing and shadowy. From the video of the St Paul Center: Developing Trust, I received the answer, since then I began to pray the letany of trust and every single phrase is just the specific corner where I needed to find someone to trust. Last night, I asked Jesus to save me, because there was no peace at all within my soul, no sense of direction for my life, my future, my past, my relationships, I had simple no hope in any of my projects. It was clear to me: I did not have any affective significant bond, my heart was dead and completely closed off. Jesus sat with me and told me I was living in the logic of use, that I thought he was interested in something I must do, something close to your experience Sister, but in my case because of sexual and emotional abuse. So He told me we better begin again, so he presented himself to me again, he told me he will never force me to do nothing, neither I will force him to change or do something, so he told me: Hi my name is Jesus. Then I told him: Hi, my name is Marco, and then he told me I had the door lock was trans threaded, so I had to cut the lock and then the door was fully opened or fully closed and I had to stand there to push it back always, leading to flooding moments where I just opened too much the door, so it wasn´t prudent and healthy for me but I sell myself for nothing because I needed at least something to exchange... So it was very outrageous for my soul, deeply depleted or absolutely exposed without me being able to handle the range. So, He introduce himself to me, not pretending, in a absolutely so difnifying way, as never before I felt, not trying to get something out of me, just meeting me as a friend, as someone whom I´m meeting for the first time, in a so respectful manner, without wanting me to deliver my heart all to him. I know him, but I knew him in the devious and deceptive co-dependential way, always grasping, or manipulating or taking something way, that my soul deeply remembers. So He understood that I needed to meet him in a new way, with clear boundaries at first as a patient, clear and health new friendship does. THANKS AGAIN!
