Hi ,
I like ur plans,
I going build indipendent duplex house house small budget ,so I will send the land ratio below.
West Road plot,. But. I need north facing house with parking.
Measurements: It's unlevel plot,after strait fixation plot measurement - 33*47
North to South 33
East to West 47
In additional Esanyam corner I have 14*15 I like to use as garden .but I need small way to go to garden from out side .
