Please handle musky with care esp. being a rarity in Vermont. Do not beach them do not pull them out of the water do not hold them vertically. Sadly this musky more than likely did not survive.

What river and town is this?? i didn't know Vermont had any muskysssss
It’s Otter Creek in Vergennes. A few of Champlains Tributaries have Musky but there pretty hard to come by.

I caught a huge carp there

What lure was that?
It was a cheap knock off blade bait. Bought them in bulk for drum fishing.
Ever try the acme v rod?? Excellent blade bait. They got 1/4&3/8 oz
