Walvis Bay repeat offender caught red handed

A repeat offender, known also as Orlando, was caught red-handed breaking into Vilakazi Lounge at Walvis Bay on Monday in the early morning hours. He confessed to the crime at the scene.

This guy lives in jail, he doesn’t even worry! He will be back soon. He can’t be rehabilitated…they shouldn’t even try to rehabilitate him….he is going to teach guys locked for things like unpaid traffic fines to do the kind of stuff he does cos guys awaiting trial don’t get separated according to their offences. This one is not an inmate but a citizen in jail, they can just give him the keys to come in whenever he wants to visit, even if he goes out…he’s gonna come back.
