    even though i added more butter, because i felt it would need more butter and i was not having nutmeg powder and pistachos, still it came out amazing thanks for sharing such great recipes

    Hi there, I tell you this one was so easy to make and loved the tutorials on Gujerati and in English. This is my first time to make and it's a hit.     Salaam, made this yesterday for eid. I was waiting for sundown to break my fast and try the taste.. perfect amount of ghee and taste.. Wasn't too sweet and that is how I prefer.
    Next I will try ur penda recipe and will. Let you know the outcome.

    Salam raihana, it's a great recipe. Actually I'm from bd where besan sweet is not common. Someone gave me a similar recipe but with sugar syrup instead of con milk. I would like you to advise if that could be done n if yes plz specify d amount of sugar n water

    I tried it today first time I did the gugrati version I braise it for 15 minutes put the condensed milk mine was exactly like your colour
    But unfortunately my monthar was a bit raw flour what went wrong...😟

    Hello. I watched both of your Monthar videos in English and Gujrati. Just wondering if there is a taste and/or texture difference between using Ghe vs Butter?

      I like to use butter, some mithaiis just turn out very good using butter but you are welcome to add a little ghee in it as well to give it the rich taste

    which besan flour u use for mohanthal? i mean regular besan aur laddu besan?

      If u use laddu besan then skip the first step of rubbing the milk and besan together I have used both the flours and both come out great!
