Salam raihana, it's a great recipe. Actually I'm from bd where besan sweet is not common. Someone gave me a similar recipe but with sugar syrup instead of con milk. I would like you to advise if that could be done n if yes plz specify d amount of sugar n water

I like to use butter, some mithaiis just turn out very good using butter but you are welcome to add a little ghee in it as well to give it the rich taste

which besan flour u use for mohanthal? i mean regular besan aur laddu besan?
If u use laddu besan then skip the first step of rubbing the milk and besan together I have used both the flours and both come out great!
