Lovely recipe thanx for sharing. Microwave radiation is much more dangerous than frying in oil , so i ll skip that once again thanx a lot n stay blessed
very good recipe ,Ma Shaa ALLAH,my mum puts singhoda flour not the other 2 after braising the whole wheat flour she adds the katlo; coconut and ginger and elachi powders but we found if you heat the ghor for too long it makes the paak very hard and the nuts look like walnuts in the picture and also to be on safe side no use of microwave or non stick pans unless it is safe material Baaraka ALLAHu fiki
Very nice was a bit hard for me so i will add a bit of sweet milk as i needed a bit more sweetness n hopefully with a bit of milk maybe it wont be as hard
Thank you so much for the feedback, it looks like you needed to add a little more jaggery in it sometimes the flours are different so I am sure you needed more jaggery to hold it together
Hi Reihana .. u made today this recipe, the taste is excellent and superb .. but only one thing wen I picked up pieces from the tray it's getting broken itself don't know y
Thank you for sharing this recipe. If we wanted to make the Katlu paak for new moms or nursing moms would we follow the same recipe and add Katlu Powder?
Hi.. Salam I bought gond from Saleh madawa and it's a big piece.. I've never used gond b4 as I want to make your gundpaak recipe.. wot shall I do with the gond?? Shall I crush n cool first ? How to cook ? Or I shall crush and directly put in the mixture as per your recipe? Please advise
I would put it in a plastic bag and break it Don’t crush in the food processor as it might break your food processor Once they are very small pieces then pop them in the microwave
Assalamualaikum Sister🥰 I made this today and was awesome very delicious, only two problems I had. It became a bit dry and hard. Also I felt the sweet was less so I added a little more jaggery. Please advise where I went wrong🙏🏻
Salaams I looks like the ghee or butter was a little less and the jaggery maybe less sweet It really depends on the jaggery and the moisture from the butter or ghee
@@Raihanascuisines In Sha Allah will follow next time according your advise and definitely will make soon. It was super tasty and couldn’t stop eating. Jazak Allah Khair so much for sharing your Mom’s awesome recipe, waiting to see more recipes from you🥰💞🙏🏻
I would personally try and break it up or crush it then add a little milk and put it in low , it’s hard to do this because when jaggery is over cooked it becomes very hard
