2024 N80 Toyota Hilux BUILD Update || Full Walkthrough

UA-cam, its 2024! and were walking around the Hilux! Here is a full in depth walkthrough of the hilux, after almost getting it to where i want. I Thought id put a chill update video together of me walking through casually the ins and outs of the RIG. In this vid we cover the suspension, 12v redarc system, suspension setup, tcboxs canopy setup, motop v4 135+ tent and more.. We will be doing the big lap in this beast soon. if the gurus out there have any suggestions please comment below! if you have any questions feel free to ask away and i will answer the best i can!.

Bilstien 3inch adjustable coilovers, with cal offroad adjustable upper control arms, with the diff drop. Rear suspension Tough dog 500kg Leaf springs with airbag man suspension.

Get yourself some gore tex vents for your underbody toolboxes, it’ll allow them to breathe and equalise pressure to minimise condensation inside but won’t let water in, you just need to get the right size ones for the volume capacity of your toolboxes.

Love the intro, what did you have to do to fit 285 tyres on the Hilux?

Thanks Tim you Legend, I froth that song too 🤌, 3inch struts with adjustable or fixed upper control arms and definitely recommend a diff drop. Once you get that all in, get your tyre shop to adjust the castor and camber up push the castor forward as much as they can to get the wheel away from the body mount and you’re on! 🎣
