Honestly didn't think Very Hard was that much more difficult than Normal mode. I died more in the last mission, but it wasn't as much of a contrast compared to normal as I thought. Is it supposed to be like that?
You are so fast that you maxed out the time bonus in two areas even without using infinite ammunition cheat (the time bonus for this game is capped at 99,990 points. This cap is removed in TC 4 and 5 which is why those can go up to 6 digits).

How challenging is it to film yourself as you're playing this, Time Crisis, game?
街の盾兵が2枚出てくる所の片方に微短縮箇所があります。
出てくる時に僅かに左側から腕がはみ出してる部分に当たり判定あるか区間練習で試してみてください。
武器チェンジを繰り返す度に約1秒ロスタイムが生まれるので最小限に留めると20分40秒台まで縮めることが出来ると思われます。
