    I just became a subby! Your ideas are fabulous & so happy I found you. Especially liked the buying outdated planners “cheap”. I’ve done this for a few years now & haven’t done nearly as much as you when it comes to storing “pieces”. I think I just like the idea of buying them….I have the same addiction to notebooks etc. Just my love of having them. Hopefully now after watching your videos I will do “something” with them! Thank you! I’ll be watching!!! 😊

      Awesome, welcome to our little planner pal community here on UA-cam! Yeah, if you haven't seen my 30c planner haul from earlier this year check that out! Got 17 planners for 30c each! I have enough planners to redate now lol!

    I didn't realize this was a thing. I've just been doing basically the same thing to be active in my planner. Thanks for cluing me in!

      Yep it's a thing! I started combining planning and journaling at first, but now it has its own layout each week. Much prefer having it separate.

    Wow, I am so impressed with your spreads. I have been using the Happy Planner for about 3 years, but have never seen anyone use it as a journal in such a creative way. I love how you use your different color pens- I always struggle with mines so thank you for sharing. You inspired me to look at my Happy Planner from a whole different perspective. I can't wait to put into practice a few of your tips. Keep sharing please!!! - Beatriz

    Some fabulous ideas Di! I will be looking to journal next year when I am not working - need to use a planner somehow. I love seeing how you use your journal, and the tip about not censoring what you write is spot on, as that is really what is stopping me now. Brilliant video as usual! Thank you. 🤩😍

    Dang Di,
    Literally what I needed since I’ve attempted and abandoned a creative journal several times this year, most recently half an hour ago! After watching this I’ve realized I’m feeling restricted by the lines. 🤯
    So, do you decorate in advance, and then just journal in the remaining space? Everything is so filled in.. how do you get from empty pages to completed pages?

    • @CreativeKarmaDesign
      @CreativeKarmaDesign  11 місяців тому +2

      Hey, glad I provided the light bulb moment for ya! Yep I don't like lines. When I figured that out earlier this year my journal just took on a life of it's own. I use dot grid (I just print my own). And yes I decorate in advance, you can see some of the plan with me videos on this channel. But then I just journal in the remaining spaces. Usually when I'm decorating I leave "pockets" of journaling space. My plan is to do a journal with me soon sharing my process from empty to filled in. So stay tuned!

    I'm gonna have to start something like this! Thanks for the great ideas! Hmmm....I like the dot grid paper but I was wondering how many days is your average spread? I'm handicapped to the point of not knowing how much I will have to write about... Probably very little at times.

    • @CreativeKarmaDesign
      @CreativeKarmaDesign  11 місяців тому +1

      Hey Colleen. Re the days per spread. That's one of the reasons I switched to dot grid. Some days I write a lot, then go days with nothing. But usually I fill the whole thing in a week. Even if it ends up being gratitude or something small that happened. This week it's almost full already! lol!

    Fabulous ideas. I was watching some videos from about a year ago and you mentioned doing a video on ideas on how to use a vertical layout. Did you get around to making that video? I haven't been able to find one from you but might have missed it when searching. I love you out of the box thinking and ideas you share. I'd love to see some videos with your ideas for using vertical (especially), monthly (the one with the daily tasks dot pages) & horizontal layouts

    Such great ideas. I love your channel…..personal question/ do you find that your vertigo is seasonal? I’ve suffered for many years with no answers.

    • @CreativeKarmaDesign
      @CreativeKarmaDesign  11 місяців тому

      Yes I do my vertigo is seasonal! The change in the seasons it's definitely worse. But also it just comes for a white then disappears making me think I dreamt the whole thing. I'm having it on and off right now, but it's the change of weather seasons which is a trigger for mine it seems. Also if I get stressed it gets worse. Do you find the same? Seasonal & stress makes it worse?
