Hi Turkey. Not sure if the clothing is bugged or if HL changed how it works but if you drop the clothing and pick them up again, they should start drying on their own.
When the dogs do that little jog and pant thing that's not growl, not charge, not walk it's kind of unsettling. It gets me.
