Pre covid this promotion was stacked. Eli Drake, Eddie Kingston, Homicide, Thunder Rosa, Ricky Starks, Nick Aldis. Also that old school studio wrestling was amazing to see again.
It's such a drag that the lockdowns really staggered the promotion. NWA today has good talents......but need a few more EPIC talents to get the eyes on the show.
I preferred it over AEW at the time tbh.

Billy, you gotta stop taking Powerrr off UA-cam. And you need to find a way to make the first few seasons available for viewing. It's dumb that you're not banking off of Eli Drake, Nick Aldis, Tunder Rosa, and all of the other early strong talent you had on Powerrr that's moved on to brighter spotlights.
No, it's smart to make money off of talent that came through his version of NWA. That's the point of keeping you previous shows.
They are working on it. They were talking about that the other day, and the official NWA podcast They have a lot of content and they’re really working as fast as they can. It’s a very small team getting The CW thing done is first and foremost, but they are going to be getting us the other content in some way

Its amazing TNA didnt realise they had genuine star in Eli Drake and build the promotion around him and ec3 in the dark times, when they had the charisma and talking ability to actually be big time. Instead they focused on guys like Eddie Edwards and making Eli lose the title to Austin Aries in 90 seconds wtf
I like this more than WWF, IMPACT and AEW

Rip Jay briscoe its been a whole year today.
Pre Covid NWA was special and had a chance to really hit it big. Unfortunately a worldwide pandemic and the death of Joseph Hudson AKA Question Mark really knocked the stuffing out of the promotion.
And the dismissal of Jim Cornette as well. He gave us old school wrestling fans a new avenue with NWA Powerrr. No PG nonsense, no vanilla midgets and no political correctness.

Sensei Question was great. The "comeback" had significant roster changes that just threw the mojo off. It's been a slow build back, but the talents put the effort in.

Pre Covid NWA was red hot. I wish they would tap back into that mentality instead of these gimmick matches and clown wrestlers. They seemed to have lost their way. I will keep watching on UA-cam till the end.
Look at Eli, Storm, Colt, Aldis, Pope, Ricky Starks, Zicky... Then look at the crap up and down the card now like the clowns, the Slimeballs, the gimp, Sal the Godawful and they don't even compare.
They lost the bookers and I think Billy is in charge of things now and it's garbage just like TNA was when he decided to book

While im for this, they need to start making the best of series. Some people may get multiple episodes. Others may get only one. Then, guys like tyrus should never be shown again. They also need to make their old shows available. Lastly, did they get rid of the Saturday show?
Ima fan of La Rebellion, but i really think Dem Boyz shoulda won. Cuz now we will never get to see them with the NWA Tag titles. RIP Jay.

Now we get ppvs like NWA Samhain and having Max the Impaler win the mens NWA television championship and somehow merging with the women's television championship, killing both midcard divisions.
