Man i remember Waking up to dethklok when I was a kid at like 1am and being entranced by it. They truly shaped my youth.

The dethalbum is un ironically one of my favorite metal albums to this day, this band rules!!!

When he said “Thunderhorse”, it hit me in my gut and resonated with my soul.
This video doesn't do justice for how this sounded live. Mind blown experience.
Was thinking the exact same xthing, the sound quality of this video is very lacking. The vocals are to loud and you can hardly hear Gene Hoglan's godlike drum performance.
@@DEMGaming its probably because it's taken from the soundboard so you can actually hear the vocals. It'd sound like all noise with an open mic

Wish I could have made it out to this. Last time I saw Dethklok was on Halloween night 2009 with Mastodon, Converge, and High on Fire. THAT was an epic night.

I watched metalocalypse growing up and alot of these songs made me cry a bit while I was in the pit lmao. This was also my first show that I crowd surfed at. This is definitely a memory ill have forever.
That pit was so incredibly fun the best one I’ve been too I surfed the crowd and security had to get me lol

Nili brosh is such a babe. She can absolutely wail on the guitar, really happy to see her doing well having been a part of Tony McAlpines band, Dethklok and now Danny Elfman's band, she's always out there doing something

It sounded fine actually being there. They definitely edited out the crowds, though.
It's just the board mix, probably Front of House. Not what it actually sounded like.

Littlerally everyone except the front row is going nuts lmao
It was the second to last song they played and it was hotter than hell in there. People were getting a bit tired but they still went nuts at the beginning and end of every song and showed love to the guys.
I was going wild in front dead center the entire show but the cameras stopped short you can kinda see me at 0:53 far left of screen in blue bandana and leather jacket pumping my fists like a maniac haha. My girlfriend and I went as that one eyed fan from the pilot and her as Murderface. Before the camera pans away you can just see us, it was one hell of a show!
I did think some people in front didn’t realize it becomes a mosh pit ha ha but I’m sure they were still pretty into it. They had to wait hours for the rail

What would be more awesome would be for Adult Swim to have never canceled this great show and then told its creators they couldn't even pursue it in another medium such as comic book/graphic novel or web-series. Thank God HBO has more sense and respect for the fans than whoever is running Adult Swim
