I always thought the night Rey had to fight a championship match twice in one night was bullshit. Rey won and had to defend the belt in the same night losing it to John Cena. Always thought that would've been a good angle to make Cena heel. Showing how the company has had his back by giving him a tired Rey to hand over the belt for an easy match.
I hate to admit it but yes If John took on the Undertaker and cheated OMG He could never go back to being a good guy. That would have been a heal turn to beat all heal turns in history

Not anymore sadly, the one person they need to turn heel is Roman Reigns now. A John Cena heel turn in the past would of been good but there's not much that they could do with turning him heel now.
That can work. It's just since Cena is a part time performer now. he's not on another non-US tours and he's starting to focus on other things that they wouldn't be able to utilise him being a heel as much of they could of it they did it earlier in his career.

Imagine this: Cena beats Styles for the Championship and equals Ric Flair's record of being a 16 time Champion. He loses the belt in the next match non-cleanly Cena then finally gets his title match against the Champ at next year's WrestleMania (Coz the Rumble Winner opts for the Universal Belt) Cena cuts a promo about beating Flair's record and becoming a 17 time champion. He's hit a 3rd AA and 1.....2.....oh oh. In comes Flair, interrupts the Ref and this distraction causes Cena to lose. Then, On Raw, he questions Flair about his actions and he simply replies that he wanted to protect his legacy. ".....Behold The Game"...In Comes Triple H. He announces that the new General Manager for SmackDown is Ric Flair. And thus starts a feud of GM malpractices against a babyface (for reference, remember CM Punk and John Laurinitus in late 2011 till late 2012). But, eventually, out of frustration, he beats Flair till the point he is bleeding. He continues beyond that. In comes her daughter, begging for mercy. He is furious, but remembers his idealistic crap of Hustle, Loyalty and Respect. BUT BUT BUT... TA DAA Heel Turn! Cena picks her up and AAs her through the damn announce table and ends the segment showing both of them a middle finger. He has all the possible Heel Hatred he could have. Now, he eventually catches him in a figire four leglock and in ultimate humiliation, gets him to give him a title shot. Cena wins, becomes a 17 time champion. "I HEAR VOICES IN MY HEAD...." In comes Orton with the MITB (which he won), cashes in, RKO, Pin, Win. He leaves the belt with Ric Flair and tells him he can give it to himself. Flair has the option to dave his legacy. But he, gives it back to Orton. Heel: Cena Face: Orton
Devesh Kapoor first.kinda good ides dudnt read all cuz im writing this.do you think, that triple H can name the gm of sd live?triple H its the husband of stephanie mcmahon, wich is on raw.
that would've been great, but of course, WWE will never turn Cena heel. The kids love him and buy his merch. Which is funny because kids also loved Hogan back in the day and he went heel and fans loved his heel turn. Shame WWE can't do something similar.
Headlocks and headbutts aren't heelish. The "sucker punch" was deserved as AJ acted like an arrogant jerk by turning his back and playing to the crowd when he had Cena down and John simply wasn't having any of it.
Marcus Stewart I can agree with some of the logic behind your statement. But imagine a "real" fight where your opponent hit you when you weren't looking or used a cheap tactic like a headbutt. Would be kinda a dick/ dirty fighter correct? Faces acting like heels and heels acting like faces is a pet peeve of mine
I feel the best opportunities on this list was the "Embrace The Hate" storyline, and against The Rock at WM 29. The Nexus and the Wyatts needed to beat John and move on with their runs, the ECW crowd would've killed John (which despite my disliking for him, I do NOT want to see that), and lastly, I will forever stress how The Undertaker's streak should've been broken by a respected and honorable superstar (*cough* *cough* Shawn Michaels). Just my opinion.
I still remember that One Night Stand PPV. I was with my cousin and we ordered the PPV and had pizza. That would've been an amazing way to turn Cena heel, or him beating the streak. Man I really wanted to see a heel Cena.
what if... When Undertaker was on his undefeated Wrestle Mania streak and Cena was set to meet Taker at Wrestle Mania... It's a great fight but eventually after not being able to beat the dead man, he exits the ring, grabs a chair, then hits Undertaker in the head with it, thus being disqualified and as the crowd and WWE universe watches in disbelief Cena shrugs his shoulders putting hands us with a half smile
Funfact:- Here's Vince and Cena conversation (told by Cena) about the heel turn which was supposed to have this theme only Vince: Let's do a heel turn Cena:Yeah,I am ok with it let's do this But listen We can't come back later even if it doesn't work If we do this If we turns this character heel then the character should stay heel for next 10 years Vince: Listen I don't think we are ever going to do this Plan scrapped😖
He'll have one mini heel run on the eve of his retirement. People like to talk about the money he reeks in as a face (which is true) without realizing just how much attention he'll draw to the product as a heel. Merchandise sales will go down, but for a short period of time ratings will go through the roof. All the former WWE turned UFC fans will tune into Raw out of nothing more than curiosity of seeing a heel John Cena. NOTHING in WWE falls under the definition of "won't ever happen" no matter how sacred. Look at the Undertaker's streak ending as evidence of that fact. If a situation arises where they see turning Cena heel is beneficial to them they'll do it in a heartbeat. And that would be just before his retirement, with the merch revenue no longer a long term factor and the ratings spike being a short term masterstroke.
honestly the fact that Cena has never gone heel is the main reason he's one of my favorite wrestler's, im sick of the constant changing it's nice having some solidarity in wrestlers sometimes
+Adam Speers how could it be aj styles? he barely came this year John Cena has been there for nearly a decade and he's a 15 time world champion for a reason so Cena runs the place .
As an Undertaker guy for the last 20+ years, i always thought it should be Cena that took down the streak. And turning him heel to do it would've set up an epic rematch at the next Wrestlemania. Think of the spots a pissed off Undertaker could pull on a heel Cena, beating him to a pulp and riding off into the sunset.
To be honest I think the best times to turn Cena heel would have either been the Embrace the Hate storyline with Kane corrupting Cena or after he lost to Rock at WM 28 and have him cut a promo where he's being a sore loser and complaining about how he lost to Rock then saying something like "I did everything for all of you and you booed me for it. Well I'm sick of it" or something like that and have him admit that he doesn't really mean it when he says never give up and hustle, loyalty and respect because let's face it he doesn't. They're just catchphrases and IMO Cena's character has always been a heel masquerading as a face anyway based on things he's said and done in certain storylines so it's less about turning him heel and more about getting WWE to admit he already is one.
When it comes to Nexus,Cena could've turned heel while being part of it at Survivor Series. He could've accepted being part of Nexus and helped Barrett beat Orton for the title since he was the special guest referee
The biggest missed opportunity to turn John Cena heel happened before his career even started with the Stone Cold heel turn. That turn being so aweful is why WWE never risked having their cash cow go heel.
John Cena beating the streak would've have been the absolute best heel turn but yeah the man who has literally fulfilled the most wishes for Make a Wish Foundation isn't going to become a heel, which might've made him feel stale to us he did so much for those kids that I have to respect the choice to keep him face.
“Look, your job as a superstar is to manipulate the audience and try to tell your story. I like the dynamic of the audience. Every single night it’s different. But what’s weird is that I’m a good guy because of all the kids and parents who like me, and a bad guy because I won’t turn heel, which actually makes me both good guy and bad guy in one person.” - John Cena
All those scenarios that Adam went through are just what-if's. I think the MOST interesting and mind-boggling definitely would've been the Streak... CAN. YOU. IMAGINE? (But still, what if...)
I hope he does but like adam said, Its just pointless atm. I think breaking the undertaket streak coudd have been the greatest moment for cena to turn heel.
Is he bland? Yeah, however he brings in a lot of money for WWE. Fans will think turning him heel is better because more fans will care. However they will lose a lot of younger fans that love Cena and will lose a lot of money.
ok WWE has made $ 600 000 000 revenue and $ 24 000 000 profit and according to the 411 wwe had its biggest 1 st quarter ever and the wwe network is turning a Profit according to forbes. Wwe did say that less people where watching tv and with the network wwe has proven that. so tell me why would Vince change any of the story lines?
All these ideas are great. I especially liked the double turn against Randy Orton idea, that would have been reminiscent of Stone Cold's heel turn against The Rock. Though the top 2 entries would probably have gotten Cena killed if they'd tried them. But no, the WWE thinks we need Cena to basically be Captain America fused with Superman. It's like they learned nothing from Hogan's heel turn and the huge popularity boost the NWO and WCW got as a result. And you're right about Roman Reigns as well. The forced push wouldn't have felt anywhere near as obnoxious if we were all distracted by Cena turning heel. Personally at this point I think Roman's best chance for acceptance might be to go off-script and force a heel turn himself. Cause the WWE sure as hell aren't going to do it for him.
Wait. Cena hasn't been a heel this entire time? You almost got me, Adam. Next thing you're going try is that Roman Reigns hasn't been a heel this entire time either. Got to get up pretty early to fool this guy.
@panthersfan711 First off I was joking. Second are you 100% sure about your statement? Reigns just got finished with a program with Rusev. If you'll recall, Rusev and Lana were having a celebration ceremony of their wedding. Roman Reigns came out unprovoked and ruined that celebration. He even caused Lana to face dive her own cake. This led to Rusev wanting to defend his wife's honor. Reigns beat Rusev on the Raw before Summerslam. Then at Summerslam came out (again unprovoked) and beat Rusev so bad before their match started that they had to cancel the match. How is that not a heel?
Erik, you get it, Reigns is so Heel people don't even know it. Just because one doesn't quote on quote cheat during a match means they're a Face. I look at so many other aspects, also, WWE needs to give Bray a freaking Title already...
Nell, exactly. Eddie Guerrero cheated all the time and he was a face. Remember when Roman beat up Vince? He Superman punched a 70 year old man IN THE FACE! How is that a good guy? Yeah, yeah Vince is evil. But just because you beat up the evil person, that doesn't automatically make you the hero. As for Bray, I don't feel he's used properly at all. He talks like nobody can stop him but yet I don't think he's won a feud. Not very many if he has. He needs to start winning feuds and then he'll be a real threat for the title.
Wrestlemania 28 was the biggest opportunity. In fact, I do remember reading online that a John Cena heel turn was at least in motion and WWE had gone as far as getting some new gear ready for Cena, but obviously backed out the last minuet. Cena was getting boo'd like he was the bad guy and they had a perfect angle to run with it if they actually would've turned him. John Cena busts his ass for the crowd and yet you boo him --- Rocky comes back, you know win or lose he's going away again, and you cheer him? Never say never in wrestling. Cena still has some years left and we actually saw Sting wrestle in WWE so IT COULD still happen one day, lol.
Creative writing: such a wonderful way to brighten my day. If wrestling really stimulates your imagination this way, and this well, then that's all you need to justify your hobby.
I Remember when Brock Lesnar Broke the streak (I was watching it live) 2 minutes later after Brock left the stage someone said out loud "You suck" to the UnderTaker, I was dead laughing
It's exactly the same thing as Hogan in the mid 90's, people were tired of his vitamins and prayers crap, he turned heel and became a god. People are tired of the never give up and bright colors, turn him bad as fuck, and wrestling will have another boom.
The WWE will never turn Cena face because he makes them too munch money, same reason why Hogan never turned heel when the crowed started to boo him at the 92 Rumble.
I have 2006 ECW One night stand on DVD.... One of the best PPV's ever hands down crazzzyyy plus the crowd was going nuts..... nice small-medium sized venue shit was dope
+SnipingIsFun He sells so much merch, is the perfect ambassador for the company, he's a great guy in real life and his never give up slogan is a perfect face slogan. Not only that, you're telling me that his open challenges were bland and boring? His feud with Styles, bland and boring? His wrestlemania appearance, bland and boring? Point irrelevant
john cena said he will never turn heel and will never retire because he does it for the kids not the adults aka the adults hate him the kids love him and this is why he will never turn heel NEVER he will have to lose sales aka YOU WILL HAVE TO STOP BUYING YOUR CHILDREN HIS STUFF MAKE THEM LIKE SOMEONE ELSE OR WE WILL BE STUCK WITH HIM FOREVER!! YOUR KIDS LOOK UP TO YOU MORE THAN THEY DO A WRESLTER SO YOU CAN MAKE THEM LIKE WHO YOU LIKE AKA NOT JOHN CENA
Makes me wish Cena should've joined Los Ingobernables and represent the stable for WWE. It worked for Naito and he's basically one of the best heels in NJPW right now, topped only by Bullet Club's Kenny Omega.
I actually thought the biggest miss of the lot came during the Wyatt family feud - if anybody could have slowly worn Cena down and finally turned him Bray was certainly that man. I'm not saying it would actually be completed against the Wyatts (they had to remain heel as well), but it could have started there with a clear change in Cena's character during their WrestleMania 30 match and gradually have been fleshed over the next few weeks against the likes of Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler. John Cena as the Authority's next handpicked champion? Nuclear heat.
If he had cheated to beat RVD I honestly think they would have torn apart the hall
+Adam Phillip Damn the place would've imploded.
Adam Phillip yeah I could see that
Winning clean would have turned them on the bookers and the company, winning dirty would just turn them against Cena. That's my opinion
I DO like how Cena seemed to enjoy being boo'd in that match, though. That could have been a perfect opportunity to turn him heel.
How do you cheat in an Extreme Rules match?
Cena cheating to end the streak would have destroyed the universe.
Deadpool ultimate heel turn
But the only problem is 20% of the fans would have stopped watching WWE thinking we can't tolerate this Cena crap anymore
More like breaking hell loose

TA DAA
Heel Turn!
Heel: Cena
Face: Orton
WWE book this man 🙏🏼
damn what an idea
Devesh Kapoor first.kinda good ides dudnt read all cuz im writing this.do you think, that triple H can name the gm of sd live?triple H its the husband of stephanie mcmahon, wich is on raw.
that would've been great, but of course, WWE will never turn Cena heel. The kids love him and buy his merch. Which is funny because kids also loved Hogan back in the day and he went heel and fans loved his heel turn. Shame WWE can't do something similar.
Great mind senpai.
The problem with Cena is all on WWE...apparently he has wanted to turn heel a couple of times...and Vince said no...he can only see Cena as a face.
Cena vs Edge unforgiven 2006 was a great example
Because Cena had made more money to WWE than anyone ever did. His merch sales are like insane
@Blackpill PB Facts doesn't care about your feelings bro
Cena did wrestle super heelish against AJ. I remember a sucker punch, a headlock and a headbutt early on to name a few moments. Must be teasing it
Headlocks and headbutts aren't heelish. The "sucker punch" was deserved as AJ acted like an arrogant jerk by turning his back and playing to the crowd when he had Cena down and John simply wasn't having any of it.
Marcus Stewart
I can agree with some of the logic behind your statement. But imagine a "real" fight where your opponent hit you when you weren't looking or used a cheap tactic like a headbutt. Would be kinda a dick/ dirty fighter correct? Faces acting like heels and heels acting like faces is a pet peeve of mine
There are no rules in a straight up fight.
Yeah right the teasing continues lol
if you were in a fight, a headbutt and a sucker punch would be useful as it would daze your opponent
I'll drop a pipe bomb:
CruiserWeight Championship, it's gonna be alike the Woman's Championship, they will only change red with purple.
You're probably right since since you know it's the tournament's colours
but... wait... goddammit you're right. * * drinks away the pain * *
+ItsDaDannyBoy but it has a double.. u
ItsDaDannyBoy you do realize that this W is called a double u
ItsDaDannyBoy the more you know
Cena needs only one major heel turn like hogan's
Cena is a heel...
he's posing as an annoying Babyface
Aakash Jaitly I think that's Reigns. He seems to intentionally piss fans off at times
Reigns is atleast going towards a heel turn.... Not Cena
Aakash Jaitly Babyfaces are terrible!
Just my opinion.
no it should have been broken by a rising up and coming superstar to help solidify them as a new main eventer
Blasta 231 yes exactly
GDW 311 Im with you, Cena should have been that guy. Greatest heel turn in wrestling history.
Or Triple H the second time around "End of an Era". The end of Takers wrestlemania era
Killed? You really think those weak pathetic smarks could've done anything 😂
Dont care about cena turning heel anymore. I want Roman Reigns heel.
same
much like with cena. they probably wont do that
even thou it would be the best thing to do
Antony Gregory yeah. Hopefully the mauling he gave rusev at ss was the beginning of something wonderful.
Apparently reigns is set to do a double turn with Seth Rollins
FIFADEVILS oooh. Hope it's true, face seth and heel roman would be amazing.
I would've hated the fuck out of cena if he beat the streak even worse of he cheated to do it
I think that was his point.
+Art Vanderlay I know. George. I was just saying that it was a good idea.
That's the point heel heat duh
+Jay Williams He knows.
+Blah rjei thanks I was concerned he didn't get it
What does heel mean? Please dont destroy me
Let him act as a bad guy, while "faces" are fan-favourites.
I wouldn't say fan-favorites for face. Just: Face = Good guy, heel = bad guy
Thanks guys I've been wondering for a while
Easier
Heel - Bad Guy
Face - Good Guy
Roman Reigns - The Guy
Heel: The back part of the foot below the ankle
100% sure if Cena turned on Roman he'd be cheered lol just because it's Roman.
now do a "10 biggest WWE missed opportunities to make Bray Wyatt the new "Undertaker""
the Cena heel turn will never happen as long as Make A Wish is a WWE partner
Funfact:-
Here's Vince and Cena conversation (told by Cena) about the heel turn which was supposed to have this theme only
Vince: Let's do a heel turn
Cena:Yeah,I am ok with it let's do this
But listen
We can't come back later even if it doesn't work
If we do this
If we turns this character heel then the character should stay heel for next 10 years
Vince: Listen I don't think we are ever going to do this
Plan scrapped😖
Last time i was this early John Cena was heel
youtube wasn't even made the last time John was heel
roman reigns fan spotted
Miley Sky Ik
+Miley Sky cause he never was
+Zach Austin yes he was back in 2003
He'll have one mini heel run on the eve of his retirement.
I'm still waiting for this heel run you said would happen
honestly the fact that Cena has never gone heel is the main reason he's one of my favorite wrestler's, im sick of the constant changing it's nice having some solidarity in wrestlers sometimes
He was a heel early lol
FYI The "How WWE Should Have Booked: Ending The Streak" Video isn't in the "How WWE Should Book" Playlist. Love your stuff!
RAW AUGUST 29, WHAT JUST HAPPENED
HOLY SHIT THAT WAS FUCKING INSANE
+Sam Woodley what happened
+wyomakid7 triple h pedigreed Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens won the universal title
I did not see that coming. I literally thought Triple H was gonna help Rollins win. lol
IKR I made a joke and said "now he's gonna pedigree Seth Rollins lol" AND IT ACTUALLY FUCKING HAPPRNED
Imagine how many more world titles he would have won
He can't turn heel. He is The "Face" That Runs The Place!!
no that's aj styles
+Adam Speers how could it be aj styles? he barely came this year John Cena has been there for nearly a decade and he's a 15 time world champion for a reason so Cena runs the place .
nope syles is the heel that runs the place
the current gimmick
+Adam Speers aj styles never gives up either just read HIS headband
As a Cena worshipping kid back in 2010, of Cena turned heel I'd legitimately lose my shit!
The clip of Lisa going "Eh," had me cracking up. xD
the best heel turn was Sid Vicious' one
yeah his heel definitely turned.
Savage..
So many people won't get this but i think you're a genius lol
Coyote Bongwater yeah feels awesome to be one of the few. Don't it?
dude likes wrestling Deserves top comment bro.
The same way Sabu deserves to be a millionaire with all the shit he innovated.
Ain't life a bitch
After hell in a cell 2019 I never thought I will mess John cena
That double turn idea with Orton just sounds... So great...
Hope after he’s done doing movies he comes back and turns heel
Would've been nice
The description made me laugh...
"you standing in the ring with John Cena about to turn heel"-john Cena at mania 35. If you only knew John...
When it comes to Nexus,Cena could've turned heel while being part of it at Survivor Series. He could've accepted being part of Nexus and helped Barrett beat Orton for the title since he was the special guest referee
Cena vs Orton was THE rivalry, no two men (Michaels vs Undertaker is an exception), that had more chemistry and storytelling than them at the time
I'm early.
Aj "THE GAY COMMUNITY" Styles
Aj why you wear Blue on Raw and then Red of Smackdown?
Is cause you are a sick guy?
+Boop Zoop u saying that because aj is face in cena heel
It's the master of titantrons!
Im late
The biggest missed opportunity to turn John Cena heel happened before his career even started with the Stone Cold heel turn. That turn being so aweful is why WWE never risked having their cash cow go heel.
Fuck the "Hustle,Loyalty&Respect" crap and give us some attitude!
Fake channel
+Il Sommo Lmao true
+Universal Bolt I thought it was legit, 2 subs...
I DON'T WATCH U GREAT 1
nope it doesnt work like that
John Cena beating the streak would've have been the absolute best heel turn but yeah the man who has literally fulfilled the most wishes for Make a Wish Foundation isn't going to become a heel, which might've made him feel stale to us he did so much for those kids that I have to respect the choice to keep him face.
Cena will never turn HEEl
Jean Crosby he will one day
All those scenarios that Adam went through are just what-if's. I think the MOST interesting and mind-boggling definitely would've been the Streak... CAN. YOU. IMAGINE? (But still, what if...)
Jean Crosby same was said for hogan
Jean Crosby unfortunately yes
I hope he does but like adam said, Its just pointless atm. I think breaking the undertaket streak coudd have been the greatest moment for cena to turn heel.
WWE will never turn john cena heel because he creates a lot of revenue for them. Based on that fact why turn him hee?l
To change his character that has been the same damn thing for like 10 or so years?
Is he bland? Yeah, however he brings in a lot of money for WWE. Fans will think turning him heel is better because more fans will care. However they will lose a lot of younger fans that love Cena and will lose a lot of money.
ok WWE has made $ 600 000 000 revenue and $ 24 000 000 profit and according to the 411 wwe had its biggest 1 st quarter ever and the wwe network is turning a Profit according to forbes. Wwe did say that less people where watching tv and with the network wwe has proven that. so tell me why would Vince change any of the story lines?
+andyman hyman Cena is not the only guy young fans like though
SnipingIsFun Never said he was. However he's most certainly the most popular.
Last time I watched a video on this channel, it had 60k. Good Job dude..
Cena cheating to end the streak would’ve caused worldwide riots. They should’ve done it.
Omg that's a dream come true
Judging by the comment section WhatCulture has a lot more indian fans then I thought possible
Y is that an issue
+Il Sommo maybe you need to work in a call centre too
Pakistani also
+Lucario Shetty God hahahaha
+Lucario Shetty God what???? he speaks perfectly good English, he is the best, we should all learn how to speak English from him (being sarcastic duh)
10 missed opportunities to turn Roman reigns heel
when he had the beard coming from suspension. plus first half of his career he was heel with the sheild
Reigns is already Heel...think about it...
+Julius Hare even his rivalry with rusev or his match with Finn balor
Seth Rollins coming back if he would've stayed Face instead of going heel next night of Raw
+Jordan Davis Roman even looks like a heel
Wait. Cena hasn't been a heel this entire time? You almost got me, Adam. Next thing you're going try is that Roman Reigns hasn't been a heel this entire time either. Got to get up pretty early to fool this guy.
Cena and Reigns aren't heel
+Panthersfan711 didn't look up as that joke went right over you I guess
Wasnt Cena a heel against Bryan because he seemed more arrogant and aggressive
Now we know 10 wouldn’t work
this are just wet dreams
he's never gonna turn heel
The Nexus idea is basically what TNA did with Bully Ray and the Aces & Eights.
I Remember when Brock Lesnar Broke the streak (I was watching it live) 2 minutes later after Brock left the stage someone said out loud "You suck" to the UnderTaker, I was dead laughing
He make too much money in merchandise. For that reason he will never go heel. It's that simply money is the reason
do you know how much WCW made in NWO shirts alone
It's exactly the same thing as Hogan in the mid 90's, people were tired of his vitamins and prayers crap, he turned heel and became a god. People are tired of the never give up and bright colors, turn him bad as fuck, and wrestling will have another boom.
Adam actually should work for WWE creative team, not WhatCulture Wrestling. But then WhatCulture Wrestling would have died, but WWE IS dead
The WWE will never turn Cena face because he makes them too munch money, same reason why Hogan never turned heel when the crowed started to boo him at the 92 Rumble.
Did anyone notice the authority word was spelled "Authroity" 😂😂
It should've been against Bryan
He didn't win the rumble in 2012......
G-Mac yea sheamus did
Cena's Legacy is tarnished by never having a career defining moment like Hogan or HBK
"We hate you Mr. Cena they said with a beautiful collection of four letter words"
Damn xD
I have 2006 ECW One night stand on DVD.... One of the best PPV's ever hands down crazzzyyy plus the crowd was going nuts..... nice small-medium sized venue shit was dope
Why turn Cena heel when he's perfect as a face? So what if smarks don't like him?
Perfect as a face? More like bland, boring, and generic.
+SnipingIsFun all in the matter of opinion.
Bayley is a perfect face, Sami Zayn is a perfect face. John acts too heelish to be perfect
+SnipingIsFun so true I'll probably like him if he turned heel a couple of times
I'm so late😭😭😭
Kane said "Be bad" Cena said"......No!" Made me laugh like crazy for some reason
Makes me wish Cena should've joined Los Ingobernables and represent the stable for WWE. It worked for Naito and he's basically one of the best heels in NJPW right now, topped only by Bullet Club's Kenny Omega.
Well, there’s always fanfiction
I actually thought the biggest miss of the lot came during the Wyatt family feud - if anybody could have slowly worn Cena down and finally turned him Bray was certainly that man. I'm not saying it would actually be completed against the Wyatts (they had to remain heel as well), but it could have started there with a clear change in Cena's character during their WrestleMania 30 match and gradually have been fleshed over the next few weeks against the likes of Daniel Bryan and Dolph Ziggler. John Cena as the Authority's next handpicked champion? Nuclear heat.
