I suggest metal shelving units on wheels for storing items in your garage. Can push them together to maximize open space. You aren’t utilizing near the space you having available in that garage. I love your videos. Thanks for the content, ideas and your positive attitude!!
I like how Steve on pick and roll gets his items listed and the schedule he uses to stay organized and keep sourcing and listing and never a death/money pile. Love how you have so much energy!!!
Great video Josh! We have accumulated that dreaded death pile but we try to grab a few items from it each day to list. During the pandemic when our store was closed we got a ton of it listed and sold! You’ve gotten us into the bin stores now and now I’m hooked!!
When someone wants to meet I do that too, pick some place that I would already go to and in some cases I'm so glad I did. Once this lady asked to meet in another town about 20 minutes away and I am so glad I had asked to meet at Dollar General because she was over an hour late! That gave me some time to do a bit of penny shopping though. Found several pairs of penny toddler socks that my baby actually really needed. Plus she felt bad for being that late she gave me extra money for the item I sold her.
The last couple of days have been lazy for me but watching your videos is the kick in the butt that I need. Thanks for all of your great content! I really learn a lot from you and you are very motivating!
Awesome video today Josh! Thanks for all the extra information on top of your entertainment. It really helps those of us that are still green resellers.
I’m only allowed so much storage space for my ebay store - so I can only purchase as much as I have room for. Makes me happy when something large sells :)
omg weighing the leftover creme/lotion to see how much is left is so simple yet so genius! thanks for the tip, loved this full video especially to see you listing right away. LETS GOOOOOOOO
Lol I bought bins for my death pile items 🤦🏼♀️ con- I’m not as quick to list them. Pro- when I open the bin it’s exciting to see the items you forgot you had! And it looks much better then having stuff laying around.
That Buzz Lightyear toy was awesome! It can also lay down and be used as a space ship with the child sitting down and using the controls. What a steal!!
Josh I found your channel over quarantine and I have to say this is one of my very favorite videos you have done! I don't think people (who don't resell) realize how much grind and work goes into it to be successful. I work a full time job and do reselling & UA-cam as side hustles and it is a lot of work! We actually used to live in SC (near Rock Hill) and I never knew about all these cool places you go too, including the bins. Thanks for this video, hope you will do more like it. I found it very interesting. I respect your hustle!!!
@@HairyTornado it sure is! I have been selling on eBay since way back in 2003. Just casually - a few items here and there for many years. But I really started taking it seriously and stepping it up the past year & I am now making a solid $3-4K a month from it just very part time. Thanks again for inspiring all of us & sharing what goes into it all!
Just a friendly heads up, fluid ounces are different than metric ounces by weight. Using a scale to weigh fluid ounces does not transfer over they are different measurements. Love your videos, keep it up.
Finally received my back order of USPS supplies as well a couple of days ago. Just ran out of my last bubble mailer from last year. The FR paper envelopes may get a break now, perfect timing? Hope this is a good sign
I found a vintage Nike Air sweatshirt and a single stitch Sesame Street t shirt from a garage sale for 2.50 total. I sold them both within two hours online for a total of 65.00!
Omg I’m so glad you shared your death pile with us cause now I feel less guilty about my own😂😅 why is the hunt so much fun but not listing haha😅 Nicole state calls them “money piles” instead of death piles cause it really is money sitting there 😝
I love that - "money pile"... I have an 8X10 shed for my "money pile". Everything is in totes in there. As I need stuff to list I just bring in a tote. The only thing is I still go sourcing, because like everyone else, it appears, that is the most fun part of the job!! But like Josh said if we get shut down again I will not have to worry about inventory. 😂
Hay bud, just found you on YT acouple weeks ago and really like the content you're producing. You really make re-selling look easy. I realize it's a ton of work to be successful at it. I'm thinking of jumping into the game myself. My wife and I are avid thrift store and yard sale goers. I like what you're doing. Please keep it up. Good thrifting to you.
Great tips at the end on the mileage apps. Hubby and I were talking recently about needing something that is easier than what we have been doing to track our mileage. Bring on the next pallet video!!!!
Our son purchased weights. And received it a flat rate box. Our poor mail carrier, after carrying them up our stairs said, "what were those?" When I told him they were our sons weights, he said he could have just handed them to him when he saw him down the block.....
As like a side not to my previous comment, I am so glad I found you on youtube lol. You are very entertaining to watch and you keep things so relatable by showing the good, the bad and the ugly of the whole process. I've been selling stuff on the side a bit on facebook market place and a little on mercari (not to your extent, but more for like utility bill money) but you keep it real with us and also give very nice helpful tips, especially this video (I need to get my shipping figured out lol), but just wanted to say you are very appreciated, keep up with the videos. Even my 13 mo baby likes watching lol.
Josh, you are not alone . We seasoned resellers like you, love to source, and slow on the list . I have to discipline myself now, and just take a week or two, list , take a sourcing break, there will always be stuff out there,,

Shoes are over priced in az!! I like how rally roots organized their shoes in the priority show boxes as a wall.
Hey HT, was hoping to see you at Dream Deals, definitely a fun experience. Picked up 51 items, including The Ring DoorBell, Windows 10, and laser sighting for a pistol (I was shocked). Hope to see you next time. Thank you for all the videos and knowledge you provide us.

In terms of listing since it doesn’t seem like you prepack your items how do you go about inputting the packing details with the box size and weight? I’ve been prepacking my items for awhile and it makes it easier when things sell but having everything prepacked takes up more space. Thanks.

I started using the Mile IQ App a year or so ago when I was traveling a lot for a large company. It's the best I've found and takes all the guess work out of miles, and you're spot on in stating you don't know the miles you're missing until you get this app.
We have had a handful of really quick flips on eBay. One of those was Bain De Soleil Orange Gelee Sunscreen that is discontinued. I got it for about $1.66 and it sold in less than a half hour for $75.00 They are going for more than that now. Another one was a Braun Series 7 Shaver that we got for $5.00 and sold for $69.99 in less than an hour.
That's a heck of a deal in the pipe shelf brackets. I built shelves using real pipe from the home improvement store and the pipes alone cost over $100!
I hate meeting people on FaceBook Marketplace, like half the time they don't show up, it's so frustrating. Now I just tell them they have to come to my house or forget it. Maybe you can make that a topic of your video sometime, telling us tricks to setting up meetings. I also find that about half of people that want to pick stuff up at the house never show up. And if they want to wait more than 24 hours to pick it up, the chances of them showing up drops to about 10%, so no holds more than a couple of hours, and never to the next day. Your thoughts??? Question would you think it possible to go to goodwill and take pictures of the larger items that don't move often and list them on fb and try to sell before you buy. That way goodwill is the storage facility. Great video. Love that you sold such a cool toy that a child will love.
Hey sup Josh, new to your channel and have subscribed. I noticed in your store you sell shoes but can’t find a video on how you go about packaging them and shipping them. Would like to start selling pre owned shoes but don’t know how to make it look presentable, thanks.
