Hi Oscar when trying to program gate motor after i complete the close cycle and the red lights are not flashing in the opposite direction so i can complete the open cycle. i am getting L5 red light flashing only
If it’s flashing L5 that means it didn’t read the magnetic sensor in the middle of the gate you’ll have to somehow get the magnet closer to the gate opener
Hi Oscar, I just finished setting up my system. installed the unit on the ground, installed the chain, etc. Then I wired the solar panel to the battery box as instructed in the manual. However, when I plug the cord that comes from the solar box to the SOL part on the board, I am getting an error on the solar control box display and no green light on the board. Not sure if I missed a step somewhere.
have you had any issues with it in the past year? Also can you walk thru how to set it up from start to finish (programing, battery hook up, etc) and if you need to change out the batteries or upgrade like you did, do you have to unplug the solar panel before you mess with the batteries?
I haven’t have any problems for the past 2 years until now that i have to replace the batteries because wasn’t holding enough charge and you don’t have to disconnect the solar pannel to mess with the batteries but if you feel more comfortable disconnecting it that is up to you
Hi Oscar, can you walk me through setting up the solar control box to the sliding gate opener. I am getting an error every time i connect to the board where it marks SOL. the charger control box says error E04. and no lights comes on, on the board of the siding gate opener.
Hi Oscar by chance do you have the manual on this. I’ve been trying to find it and and have had no luck. The person who installed this for me is no longer in business and did not leave me the manual.
Oscar, we are trying to install our generic Co-Z SOLAR POWERED gate opener for our elderly mothers home. The battery connection where it says Solar Bat the guy installing said it needs some type of charge controller connection. He wired it directly into this area and it works sometimes and not..like it is not connecting from being hard wired. Can you tell us what to order. I can’t seem to find anything for this? Hi Oscar. Disculpa molestarte. Instale todo de acuerdo a tus instrucciones. Cuando presiono el control remoto suena un click pero no se mueve nada. Se prende L3 y se queda flicking. Que debo hacer ? Si uso el modo mAnual, abre y cierra. Te agradezco. Escribo desde colombia y traje esto por amazon asi que imaginas es dificil devolverlo.

The infrared sensors that came with this product are wired but you can always buy a different one that is wireless at the end opposite side of the gate that way you dont have to run the wires under the track of the gate to make it work
My husband and I were getting error L2 while setting the travel limit. After a few hours we finally got it to work.. Not sure if its the actual way to fix it but it worked for us. What we did was we disengaged the motor by pulling the key thing to the open position, started the limit setting. (Pressed the minus button for 3 seconds and then the set button). Then while I was holding the minus button, my husband very slowly manually walked the gate close. Then I pressed "set" and no L2 error! So then I held the plus button while my husband very slowly pushed the gate all the way open. Then I pushed the set button again. All lights flashed so I know that it worked. Then we re-engaged the motor by closing the key thing, I pressed the button on my remote and the gate closed and opened flawlessly. Fixed for now lol.
Its new system just install yesterday i follow your instruction on the vedio

En Colombia hay una marca Accessmatic que tiene el mismo motor y hacen la revisión

What if my gate isn't fully opening? Its halfway open but then it fully closes.

Yes , I have my gate opener to work now . It opens and closes just right
I dont undastund why the sensor have to be in the middle the door???
It has to be in the middle of the gate in order for the box to read the magnet in running cycle
