The Logan Paul saga has gotten more absurd
This really does bring a smile to my face, I hope Logan gets what he deserves
He admitted guilt with apology. Good shit.
Logan Paul got hit again really hard it is so sad that Logan Paul getting sued even after all the messed up things he just did too.
@@henkaistudio it's not sad it's well deserved and I for one am glad
@@henkaistudio mate are you on crack right now?

@@henkaistudio It’s not sad when the corrupt are held accountable. His greed is catching up to him, and that’s something to celebrate.
Not a lawyer but this is a simple case for Tom, because Logan being the idiot that he is, has soooo much evidence against him. Yes he may have made it "difficult" to sue him over Cryptozoo, but there are always loopholes!
Maybe not that simple as Paul will just pass the blame to others and they will do the same
i'm starting to like this dude. one of the best youtube recommendations in a while. right on bro !

Kind of a mind fuck when you remember the two wallets Coffee mentioned that were nameless cashed out for 1.3 million dollars…. Logan and Jeff feeling guilty af
Damn I didn't make that connection. Good catch lol
As soon as you said attorneytom was a personal injury lawyer I got an ad for a personal injury firm
He honestly does deserve to be sued i knew his apology was a lie
Yeah especially when he filmed a dead body of someone who committed suicide in Japan and later on mocked George for his faith in Jesus and then later on he got his camera taken from him and then he got violent food poisoning and he said he felt God’s wrath I bet he did and then later on he apologies to George for mocking his faith and he says he believes in God all of sudden and also he abandoned his own pet pig and wow just wow and now he’s getting sued even after he said he was going to sue Coffeezilla how ironic. Wow who knows how karma can really him very hard.
@@henkaistudio the pig part was abandoned by new owners but the rest were right and he shouldve been canceled after making fun of religion
@@hypsmaruf8652 Oh ok and yeah Logan Paul should of got cancelled for that he got cancelled multiple times so far but he should of just got cancelled for mocking George for his faith in Jesus.
WOW, I’ll give it to Logan. He sure made it sound good to most peoples especially those who don’t use crypto sounds like he was making crypto zoo rug pull majority right but no, he’s pulled the rug over our heads yet again making himself seem like a decent person after being smoked by coffeezilla and ONLY after coffeezilla’s 1-2 year long dedication to finding the truth!
Lol brain dead ppl are the ones who believe him, idk how anyone can even when he first surfaced u can tell he’s trash person

The crazy thing is the only people going to win in this situation are the lawyers.
LOOOL the victims getting justice is a big win for me
@@reee_4067 the fact that you say that shows that you didn't even have any money invested and if you did it definitely wasn't any real money.
Tell the guy that had over $500,000 invested. Let's be honest more than likely Logan Paul is not going to jail and the lawyers will take most of the money.
We have seen this play out so many times, look at what happened with bit connect, favor etc. None of the victims got any money but the lawyers did lol.
And the promoters just got a fine lol.
@@TeamDeAngelo so we just let the bad guys walk away because the lawyers are gonna get paid? how stupid can you get?
@@TeamDeAngelo "Let's be honest more than likely Logan Paul is not going to jail." It's arbitration. Of course Paul is not going to jail. For that to be a possibility, Cryptozoo would have to be investigated by law enforcement and he'd have to be charged with a crime.
@@reee_4067 his not saying we gonna just let him walk away I think wat the last guy is trynna say is the ppl who are gonna win (even tho justice for the victims is a moral win) are lawyers because all the back and forth between the parties means attorney fees so lawyers are gonna make bank that’s wat he means that’s why some lawyers plan out how long they gonna stall cases to milk victims
Another legal channel suggested that the company pays for arbitration…. At $50k a pop. Imagine hundreds of individual cases at $50k a pop just for the arbitration steps.
After the PR apology for a moment I thought "huh well, looks like the drama is going to die". Boy how wrong I was.
Me too. Never so happy to be wrong 😂
THANK YOU KAVOS!! I'm tired of other UA-camr's still buying into his bullsht. We can't let this one go, not again, not anymore.
You know coffeezilla laughed his butt off when Logan threaten to sue 😂 I was even laughing
"I hope you at home can see through Logan's BS" the fact that there are people who don't is what scares me
You've done a wonderful job covering all of this 👏
Thanks for covering this drama, your opinion is spot on 💪
It’s great that he’s getting sued but it’s even better that it’s by a UA-cam lawyer 😂
It’s like a show at this point
Coffee brought up a good point on a podcast I caught the other day and I haven't seen anyone else talking about it. Eddie and Jake could still be holding Zoo across any number of wallets, and LP completing the game and having Zoo start to take off again could make it ripe for another rug pull. Dude should have just stfu and taken the L. I'm willing to bet had he just stayed quiet about it, everyone would have moved on, but hubris and all that. At least it's made for some quality content these past few months.
For anyone wondering, it's the podcast with MoisrCritical, it's a fantastic episode
Serious flaw in this analysis. It doesnt matter the price of ETH went down. The product was bought with ETH, and the refund is in ETH. That is the end of the story. Returns arent covered by an exchange rate compensation plan....
This and you don’t refund people for the loss they got in selling a product. That’s not how refunding works. Regardless, all of this still proves Logan Paul is scummy
How can Logan not have an attorney looking over his videos before he releases them.
He probably does. Especially for this crypto zoo thing.
Another lawyer covered the expense side of this. Them doing it individually is worse for Logan because he'll have to pay taxes, settlements, and fees on EVERY SINGLE CASE. Yeah...all of them.
To be fair if the investors paid for eggs with 0.1 Ethereum, that doesn't mean Logan needs to pay more eth to equal the value it once had
As far as this subject goes all I want, all any of us want is COFFEES video response 💯💯💯💯
I honestly believe Logan keeps releasing contradictory statements on UA-cam in order to forestall any response from Coffeezilla.
The $100 losses could also be children. Remember, in his pumping, he implied Cryptozoo was for kids as well.
Logan was never sorry about what he did, he's only sorry he got called out and he's proven it once again in his discord.
Yeah especially when he filmed a dead body of someone who committed suicide in Japan and later on mocked George for his faith in Jesus and then later on he got his camera taken from him and then he got violent food poisoning and he said he felt God’s wrath I bet he did and then later on he apologies to George for mocking his faith and he says he believes in God all of sudden and he also abandoned his own pet pig and just wow just wow and now he’s getting sued even after he said he was going to sue Coffeezilla how ironic. Dig that hole deeper, Logan. Seriously can't be dropped off UA-cam fast enough.
Damn how many Logan Paul uploads!
As Legal Investigator I have examined the files on Logan Paul Corporation which are held with the IRS. Logan Paul has a net asset value exceeding $450,000,000,00 USD. He owns 23 houses of which 14 are located in the United States. Logan Paul also has a secret collection of Super and Hyper cars and he also has a financial interest in 12 rental car companies in the USA. Logan Paul also has a large financial interest in Prime drink and he is also signing a deal with Rolls Royce in Great Britain as a spokesman for the Middle Eastern market.
Wow glad you posted this, really shines the light on Logan’s true actions
Hopefully Doink Oink victims will also soon seek compensation soon along with all his other victims.
I had a horrible day.. this helped, a LOT 😂
As a lawyer myself i agree with Tom
Logan should quit while he is ahead, his channel may not survive this. When you piss off a community, there will be hell to pay.
A cherry on top will be Zach Kelling suing Logan Ponzi for defamation.
Getting called out by another UA-camr just became Logan‘s least major problem 😂
but that is what started this whole thing. If logan was just being sued and you had few media articles at best reporting majority people wouldn't have known.
UA-camrs are by far logan's biggest enemies. He could have gotten away with so much if it wasnt for these meddling youtubers.
Did you know that you have rights? The Constitution says you do. And so do I. I believe that until proven guilty, every man, woman, and child in this country is innocent. Better call Saul
Five years ago, he got banned in Japan. This year, he's potentially being sued. Amazing. Can't wait for the next 5 years.
It's disgusting that this kind of TOS is even legal in the US. The law should limit more what TOS can do to hurt the consumer.
Logan and his team could fight all the other accusations but when it comes to Conspiracy to commit fraud that's where Logan's entire legal team will fall apart most likely because that will bring to light that Logan and his team are all guilty of every single other accusation. Logan will lose massive credibility in finance which means any projects he promotes will crash and he himself won't be successful in launching anything. He also might be cut from Prime (mostly unlikely) and also his WWE career but if it does happen then he's pretty much done as an influencer
What credibility did he have to begin with ? Yet people still followed what he said

I think it’s a genius move that he exposed the fact that the arbitration is individual. It shows how much thought and intention Logan Paul’s attorneys put into the process. he has an ironclad terms of service document yet he manage to hire criminals? Make it make sense.
I find it hilarious his complete and utter ignoring of any Dink Doink points people bring up, show's he knows how dodgy that was and he has nothing to defend himself for it
i still do not understand why people still support the scammer logan paul...
Attorney Tom gives me Saul Goodman vibes
Glad I stumbled into your content because it's always solid
I did see your previous video about the 3 step plan, but to me it wasn't genuine because he didn't decide to give some a refund because he felt bad about his fans losses, it was because he was backed into a corner because of Coffee and the backlash he got from the response videos.

Whoever's reading this, i pray that whatever you're going through gets better and whatever you're struggling with or worrying about is going to be fine and that everyone has a fantastic day! Amen
No way in hell did I think the 3 step plan was fine. Cryptozoo was minted during the Bitcoin Boom . Just people don't know how math works
9:36 To be fair tho when he’s refunding people 0.1eth that’s what should be given in my opinion, it’s peoples choice to invest in eth and weather it goes up or down is on them so I thought that’s fine for what he did there.
That would be how it works if Logan gave a working product. He did not. At that moment, the victims should be put back in the position they were in prior to purchasing it.
Agreed, if instead they where purchased with 0.1 USD then refunded with 0.1 USD nobody would complain even if 0.1 USD was worth less now due to inflation.
I thought he’s already in trouble for exposing an expunged criminal record
