Hi Raja Sir, In the interval scene, Rajnikanth Sir is handing over the lost watch to Jayashankar Sir in front of Shivaji Sir. Shivaji Sir could have remembered that event and suspected Jayashankar Sir. Since that was the costly watch, Jayashankar Sir could have given in the reputed Service center. From that way, Shivaji Sir could have identified it. Anyway, Your logic is correct

How he could have got his Taxi Key, when he is in Jail?? During 80s and 90s, in the Climax both Hero n Villain fights, Policemen will come n arrest the villain, film will end, in order to follow that template, the Director has compromised the logic
