MY 2019

My first #ThrowbackThursday of 2020 takes a unique look back at my entire 2019, depicting every day in one-second segments (via the awesome 1 SECOND EVERY DAY app: / 1secondeveryday )
Watching my whole year in just over six minutes all at once brings back some great memories, not only from the location and context of each second, but from the other subtext of my life at each of those seconds, which come back stronger than expected, both good and bad.
I’m grateful for the experiences I’ve had, the friendships I’ve made and strengthened, and for a New Year of opportunities to grow and change.
