    Looks absolutely delicious as ever Tom. Am quite lucky as the back garden has a shitload of wild garlic in it so going hack it all down and make this asap. Also, props to you and Rollo - really feels like you’ve nailed your style with this vid.

    No salt? Was the cheese the salt for the dish? I've also seen a similar version where the chef "melts" an anchovy in the butter with a little pasta water. Regardless, very enjoyable video. I've never in my life heard of garlic greens. Will be on my list of things to "forage"!!!

      I did season with salt always.
      But check the seasoning.
      Pasta water is salty and the parm.
      The key is to always taste

    Does the boiling take away the garlic taste of the pasta?

      no it sets the chlorophyll in the leaves so it stays green
