I have i7 10700K OC'd (dont remember on the top of my head to what GHz I OC'd it, I edit this later), 32 GB RAM and RX 6800 XT 16 GB. If yo want to look more into it, you can enable the detailed FPS view in OSD options, then you will know if it's graphic problem or CPU problem. Also check your graphic drivers if its up to date, cheers!
@@davidgenserovsky1740 Yo! But you know that this game is 30 FPS locked right? You can't spin more FPS in the game itself, only in menu which is 60 FPS locked :D
That's because your cpu is bottlenecking your gpu by over 30% you should consider upgrading to an am5 cpu. You'll need a new motherboard and ddr5 ram though.
With lates update rpcs3, now you can use spu decoder (tick recompiler LLVM). Max out everything gpu you have

I thought all the GT games ran at 60fps for some reason, guess not.

Enable write and read options for color and depth buffers. It's help's, but game flickering and cars have incorrect reflection's.
