Happy 4th oh July. I am staying home today and quietly reflect on the future. I went yesterday and had a non traditional holiday meal. Had a cooking class held by chef and owner of El Pirita Restaurant. She made paella see picture on your messenger.
@@calroach1 We are in the rainy season. So far it rains for short times. Seldom does it storm. I will see how the next few months play out. Yes I’ve been on the run and now I am tired. I have officially signed my geriatrics card, Lol I am going to rest.
You guys gotta try chicken hearts on a stick. Many westerners are grossed out but the heart is just a muscle. BTW, if that’s an acacia tree at the end, they’re great shade trees but you don’t want them too close to your foundation. Also, they have brittle wood and shallow roots so high winds can easily topple them.
Happy 4th. Yep, you are not traveling from state to state, you are going to another country, different way of life, culture and rules. yes Always register with the local Embassy or Consulate. I always call them and give them my flight information. But that's just me.

I'm hoping they open up for vaccinated tourist this year, only wish to be with my gf in digos been waiting long enough to meet her now over a year. They have to open up soon cuz people can't endure lockdowns forever anyways
I really wouldn't bet on it. Their stated goal is to reach herd immunity first before foreign travel is reopened. At the moment they haven't even reached 5%.We're looking at next year after the Elections at the earliest.
@@Christvictim I know right. I hope they could reopen for fully vaccinated travellers, like the other SE Asian countries that have done so or planning to shortly.

Calvin, another monster video to put peoples minds in gear, not just their mouths. You gave me an idea to use at our church. My P.I.wife and I always attend a church where ever we are. We always look for an elderly couple or perhaps a family with a handicapped child (because I am handicapped). We find them and usually take them to a meal or just put a little money in an envelope for them. Now I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A BAG OF RICE. sORRY MY COMPUTER IS LOCKED ON CAPS AND REFUSES TO ACT NORMAL. bUT GREAT IDEA. tHANKS
Just ask your girlfriend or someone to point you in that direction. By the time you leave you will surely mert someone to give the rice too no doubt. Thanks.
Hey, Calvin, it never occurred to me to let the embassy or consulate know I was in the country. Thank you man! Question: I heard you can get a tourist visa at the airport when you arrive. Do you know if that's true or not? My ultimate goal is to get the SRRV.
Yes but no need man. After that long flight you want to get out of the airport and to your place. Getting a visa is very easy here and depending on what tie you arrive it may be closed. Wait a week before your 30 days is up and apply.
@@calroach1 I'l follow your advice. You made me laugh in the one video when you said, " Believe me, that flight's gonna kick your ass!" I still laugh when I think about it. HAHAHA!
So you are saying I can fly from the us to Manila with no visa and get one when I get there? That is the first I heard of this. I was under the impression this stopped with the shutdown. Please tell me more
When I was a child in the 1950's, I was taught that if I needed help I could always trust a policeman. Wouldn't it be great, if around the world, Americans were looked upon as the go to nationality to ask for help? If you're hungry, look for an American.
