LoL Silly American here with a French Grandmother- who took me to France (Paris where my Great-Grandmother lived & Valence where they lived before WWII & Brittany), it has been many years- but I miss the croissants!! I know you said you wanted ideas for next years cosplay competition - have you considered Bayonetta and Jeanne, the costumes are made of hair in the games, which I thought might be something you're into. There are several variants but basically a sexy costume made with hair and glasses with a lollipop, oh and they're shoes are made of guns where they use the heels as a barrel
