There's a vast difference between being merely 'religious' and being 'Christian' or passionate about whatever your faith is. Being 'religious' does not neccesarily mean that one has a love relationship with God. Many people are religious but only because of tradition. Because of Duty or Ought. His book would be very interesting. "They can't articulate, they can't explain". That says a lot. That will happen when the faith is not personal to them. Also because of their youth and the fact that their OWN opinions are still forming. He is very interesting.
These results show a distinct lack of good teaching in churches AT THE TEENS LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING. ( Not yelling, merely emphasizing) This is why Youth Group - classes for teenagers - is so vital. It's not enough that they sit in on the adults sermon on Sunday morn. They MUST also have a separate time with Youth leaders who know how to teach and relate at their level of understanding and their age , where they can talk and ask questions.
