      Hi Cherry 🍒🤗
You are more than welcome! Let’s look at it as an experiment, even if doesn’t turn out the way we intended then it is just another experience we have gained. It gets better with practice. Hope you will have fun with watercolours 💜🌹 If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, I will do my best to help you out 💜

A couple of things that may help: You can get 1/4" washi or painters tape, snug it into the edge of the binding, it will help keep the paint from leaking through to the other page. You can use larger tape as well, just put the edge right over the binding on the page you are working on, and let the rest go onto the opposite page. You can also use a small line of masking fluid. Be sure to test your tape or mask on your paper in the back first.
When trying to keep your edges from drying when going around parts of the page use a brush with water and just wet the paper in front of your edge quickly. It will give you more time to come back to it.
