in short terms of weight loss it may be ideal to eat fruit for breakfast, I did it when I wanted to lose weight for a photo session and it worked for me, I also constantly did a morning exercise routine and an 18-hour intermittent fasting, sometimes 16 hours when I was very hungry.
저는 간헐적 단식하면 폭식하는 부작용이 있어서 다이어트할때 세끼를 챙겨먹는게 좋더라구요!!😂

급진급빠로 간헐은 두끼를 16:8로하는건가요?아니면3끼를16공복으로 하면되는건가요? ㅜㅜ
저는 두끼를 먹을 때도 있고, 아침 가볍게 한 끼 먹고 그 뒤로 두 끼 먹을 때도 있어요 :)
