Superb jack... very cool i never really thought about how much we actually see of Jason on screen.. in the early ones part 1 and 2 less was more as it was the style if those times in horror.....even part 3 he was a little camera shy..its only the later ones where he gets the screen time. Especially Part I, we’re talking probably less than 20 seconds or pretty much anything to do with child Jason. I’m doing swell, hope all is well on your end.
This video serves a very useful purpose, that being proving Adam Marcus is full of shit lol. I remember him saying in some interview, in one of his many defenses of his movie, that Jason has more screentime in part 9 than he does in some of the earlier entries. Always felt like bullshit, but now I know that it 100% is. In fairness, I guess it's a little impressive he's almost on par with part 4, but still lol
It’s funny you mention that, because I was curious if JGTH would even have more of a presence than the other Jason’s. Adam is quite the character. Lol I’m waiting on that hearts of darkness documentary because he’s apparently gonna expose Sean Cunningham, for the greedy dude he is.
Stumbled upon this video because I feel we didn’t see him enough in the fourth movie at times. Was wondering how much screen time he had. Just gave you a sub as well!

Not a huge fan of the final chapter. People usually put it on the top of their list but I just don’t really get it. Probably the best Jason but he’s barley in it!
And that guys is why most of the classics sucks; we don’t see him enough. Like 5 minutes screentime? That’s hilarious dumb, I understand why it was like that in Part 1 and 2 but it’s fckn obvious who the killer is, so just show the damn killer. 2009 Remake did that perfectly

@@BaldyJack Even in the mask, Part 9 is onscreen longer than Parts 2 and 3 combined - because all younse for most of hose movies are arms, legs and backs.
@@FordGord-ni3bs You make a good point, duration wise for JGTH could be longer. Granted Part IX almost out beats The Final Chapter if it wasn’t for Jason under the sheet.

In the mask, on-screen, Jason is on screen more than 2 and 3 if you discount arms and legs. If you take the possessed people into consideration, I actually think Jason has more overall screen time than any other movie in JGTH - but only if you take the possessed coroner, reporter, cop etc, into consideration.
@@FordGord-ni3bsWith the body hoping stuff, it’s gotta up there. I’m almost tempted to grab all the footage together and see the total screen time. Honestly probably should’ve done it for the video.
